The vacuums are terrible here! Half the time half the bays are closed. It’s also frustrating that they are going to increase their prices for the monthly package but the service is terrible! I come 2-3 times a week and more often than not, no one is on the brushes. I would rather go to the other location but this one is convenient to my work place. I hope better service and vacuums come with the price increase. Too many options now for crappy service.
I had a great experience setting up my account at Tidal Wave Auto Spa with the help of Scott! He was super helpful, patient, and made the whole process quick and easy. I’m excited to start using my new membership and keeping my car looking fresh! The staff was friendly, and everything I needed to clean and detail my car was available and easy to access. Highly recommend!
Tidal Wave is an excellent, well maintained car wash. All employees I've encountered have been pleasant and diligent in doing their job. Been using them for over a year and have never had an issue.
“after careful consideration” after an accident caused on their behalf my vehicle will not be repaired. I was honest, not trying to get money out of them. i know my car has some dinks and bruises but i know exactly where they are. but after taking it to a body shop i now have to replace a $3,000 censor and bumper. Absolutely horrible horrible customer service pay for a membership for top wash and get subpar service 10 backing days closed off because it’s 715 five open and nowhere for you to go. While attendance sits on his phone playing on it customers are waiting to find a stall to clean their car because he’s too lazy to open up another stall. Have to actually park your car in a parking spot not where you can vacuum your car clean your car out but a parking spot and walk up to get towels to dry a car and there aren’t any there.
