For the most part this is an awesome car wash. I'm a current member and frequent this wash daily. The only complaint that I have is I wish the attendants would actually do their job and do the prescrub/prewash better. Half the time they aren't even at the first one. The attendant inside the wash has to do it all and they don't do the best job either
I love this car wash. I have been coming here ever since they opened. The staff is great, clean and nice. I’ll never forget when a kind gentleman really looked out for me when I left my whole wallet at home by mistake. He was a blessing.
This location really needs some work. Every single time I pull up, the workers are standing there on their phones. As a business owner, this is a practice that I don’t tolerate and is extremely unprofessional looking from a customer’s point of view. Also, the components of the car wash seem to not be functioning correctly often. For example, today the hot wax and dry roller functions did not work. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is fast, efficient, and always leaves my car spotless. The staff is friendly, the wash does a great job, and the free vacuums are a nice bonus. Highly recommend!
Scott at Killian I wish I could give more STARS… I came out wanting to get my car washed and just clear my mind. I only brought digital pay and when SCOTT told me that they didn’t accept it I knew I just needed to back up and go to another wash but not SCOTT. He didn’t let me back up he was so generous and got me a wash. I am forever grateful you don’t know what type of blessing you stored upon me today.
