Love this location because it’s very convenient for me. But what I’m not understanding is the availability of lanes to vacuum at 6 when you don’t close until 8. I’m sitting and watching as 7-10 cars come in behind me to wash and vacuum their vehicle but most of the lanes have been blocked off with blue cones. Wait another hour before you start blocking off lanes so people don’t have to drive around in circles waiting for others to leave.
First of all I would like to say that I'm not normally confrontational physically or verbally but, on yesterday 04/04/2026 in Columbia/Blythewood SC at 1005 Roberts Branch PKWY location I felt a little threatened by the space that Scott Gulasa the Site Leader gave me during our interaction in regards to an issue that I've spoken with him on several occasions. Tidal Wave is an excellent, well maintained car wash. All employees I've encountered have been pleasant and diligent in doing their job. Been using them for over a year and have never had an issue.
Absolutely horrible horrible customer service pay for a membership for top wash and get subpar service 10 backing days closed off because it’s 715 five open and nowhere for you to go. While attendance sits on his phone playing on it customers are waiting to find a stall to clean their car because he’s too lazy to open up another stall. Have to actually park your car in a parking spot not where you can vacuum your car clean your car out but a parking spot and walk up to get towels to dry a car and there aren’t any there. Spent $20 for wash and 20 minutes afterward with the windshield cleaner rubbing the bugs off the front and mirrors and bird crap the wash didn’t touch. Have no idea what that guy with the brush does before you enter other than brushing s little soap across the windshield. The towels at the end are nice but they were wet and made the windshield smeary. Overpriced product and poor service.
