I had a great experience setting up my account at Tidal Wave Auto Spa with the help of Scott! He was super helpful, patient, and made the whole process quick and easy. I’m excited to start using my new membership and keeping my car looking fresh! The staff was friendly, and everything I needed to clean and detail my car was available and easy to access. “after careful consideration” after an accident caused on their behalf my vehicle will not be repaired. I was honest, not trying to get money out of them. i know my car has some dinks and bruises but i know exactly where they are. but after taking it to a body shop i now have to replace a $3,000 censor and bumper. Stopped by this location after getting my oil changed in the area . I got the tire and shine deal and my car came out very clean. They have great vacuums too , along with free window cleaner and towels.

It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. My car came out looking spotless, and Scott’s great attitude made the visit even better. I came here today with what I thought was acid rain stains on the entire front hood of my car. The techs took one look and pulled me out of line, brought the manager out; and 3 employees set to work HAND scrubbing the stained areas for about 20 minutes. They informed me it looked like diesel fuel; and there’s not a doubt in my mind that they saved my paint finish! They refused any extra compensation and had great attitudes about the extra work. I will NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE EVER AGAIN! If I could give 6 stars; I would.
