I feel like this Tidal Wave location lacks oversight. 1. The drying rotating cloth at the end of the tunnel hasn’t worked in about a month. 2. The employees are always on their cell phones when I pull up and are constantly taking them out. Unlike other locations, they are never friendly and seem to be miserable while being there. 3. My fast pass sticker is never working at this location. Every time I come there, a new person supposedly fixes it but I still have issues the next time. I've been a member since the first one opened on Killian and Farrow Rd. I have 3 vehicles under my membership. Love the car wash. But I can say the vacuums on Killian could be a little bit better and they could tap down on the other customers music being played during vacuuming. Other than that I have no problems.
We have a monthly membership, and as a family with two little ones, it’s honestly a lifesaver. Being able to swing through a few times a week—whether for a quick vacuum or to get all the bugs off—makes such a difference. And speaking of that… they usually have employees stationed at the entrance who hand-scrub the front bumper, windshield, mirrors, etc. Robert is the BEST. He takes his time and does it the way you’d want someone to care for your car—the way you’d do it yourself. His work ethic and attitude really stand out.... read more
I Love This car wash.Its ALWAYS CLEAN.All the employees are Great and Professional. The manager Doug is is ABSOLUTELY Awesome. I have 2 cars that I bring hear and I am a member.
Paid $30 for an ultra top notch wash...got out to vacuum my mats & ended up using the hand towels & spray to re-clean my car! Nothing came off & the front he 'scrubbed' didn't even get touched. Won't be going back ever. Waste of $30 & additional hour of my time.
