I am a full time driver and have a membership with Tidal Wave. I love this place! Makes it so much easier to care for my car. The only complaint that I really have is the attendants that scrub the front and back of your car before entering the wash Do Not do a good job at all. Maybe some extra training?
I've been using this wash location about a year now. Usually it's pretty good when I get the deluxe wash with wax. Yesterday was a different story. The hood and top of my Tacoma were barely touched. The rolling brushes seemed slow. I should have checked closer before I left. Have to find a different wash I guess.
My husband and I have membership with Tidal Wave car wash. We arrived at 7:55pm and while turning in we had to hurry and brake our vehicle almost running over this young lady who blocked us from entering. She was very disrespectful and unprofessional. As she proceeded to blocked us she placed cones down and said they close at 8. We told her yes we are aware it is 7:55 and she walked away. We are now canceling our membership!!!!!!!!!
I enjoyed my first experience at Tidal Wave, I love the fact that they provide the window and surface cleaner and compressed air for cleaning hard to reach areas. The first attendant wasn't as friendly and came off a little rude.
I have a small truck that has a roof rack of all things on the roof. I asked the wash operator to leave the brush that cleans the hood, windshield, and roof, on so that it will descend and wash those items. I usually get an "I've already turned it off because of the roof rack" answer. When I tried to insist that it be left on today, the operator refused. The truck is 11 years old and the rack is solid.
