Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hands down one of the best car wash places I've ever been to. The staff is super friendly and really cares about making sure your car looks perfect. They use high quality products that leave your car sparkling clean without any damage. The whole process is quick and efficient, and I love how thorough they are with every detail. The staff at the rivers ave location are beyond nice. The welcome back always make you feel great and appreciated. The location is kept up and is very clean. The managers on many occasions have offered different products that could help make my vehicle shine even more and could help restore the faded black plastic parts. I'd recommend this car wash 10 times over!
Awesome prices and detailed cleaning on point to your vehicle's exterior. The vacuums are very good and fast to use. The prices are extremely affordable and a bargain. If my car could talk on me joining it would definitely be say, " Thank you Jesus... it's about time he joined." 😂
Pros: it’s new so their equipment works well. Like the fact that at the end it has a dry and shine portion after it’s been blow dried which helps the drying process. Upon looking at my car after the wash I’m impressed with how much dirt it took off my wheels were also very clean. Lots of bays to accommodate guests. Very powerful vacuums. Cons: they only have the wide mouth vacuums no narrow nozzle vacuums and because each bay holds two cars you have to string the one vacuum through the opposite side of your vehicle. We got the membership on December 23rd of 2025 for 2 cars because there was supposedly a promotion. I decided to get a wash for one of the cars on January 8th, 2026. Come to find that my membership was discontinued when neither my husband or I cancelled. The manager just said that it was discontinued & I ended up paying again. I was looking to washing my car with our membership that didn’t last a month at all. I paid because there was a long line behind me but I’ll be taking my business somewhere else. Not worth it.
