I have a corporate unlimited membership with multiple vehicles, and unfortunately my experience at this location has been consistently disappointing. The biggest issue has been the store manager, Doug. On multiple occasions, I have found him to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hands down one of the best car wash places I've ever been to. The staff is super friendly and really cares about making sure your car looks perfect. They use high quality products that leave your car sparkling clean without any damage. The whole process is quick and efficient, and I love how thorough they are with every detail. Awesome prices and detailed cleaning on point to your vehicle's exterior. The vacuums are very good and fast to use. The prices are extremely affordable and a bargain. If my car could talk on me joining it would definitely be say, " Thank you Jesus... it's about time he joined." 😂
Don't bring any sizable vehicle like a truck or anything with a windshield visor through. The overhead rollers ripped my visor off of my 1 of 1 conversion van(no extended top) and I was refused compensation despite permanent damage to the visor, roof metal, and paint. This fix will cost me around a thousand dollars. Also they said nothing about my entire visor still sitting in their car wash and acted clueless until I went in to mention it. I’ve noticed people are able to use the vacuums without actually purchasing a car wash, they just drive straight through to the vacuum area. I honestly didn’t realize that was allowed, especially for paying customers who follow the process correctly. What’s even stranger is that the workers see it happening and don’t stop it, so apparently it’s not considered an issue. Weird but ok. Also, one employee consistently makes me uncomfortable.
