Went to the automated car wash, my car was under the height limit and the attendant sold me a ticket for a wash. I proceeded through to the wash. The young attendant was on the phone and not really paying attention to me. Sent me through. Halfway through, the top brush snagged my awning on my SUV and snapped my crossbar. Attendants admitted fault and said they should've been paying attention. The manager wasn't there, so we filled out a damage report. This place is always closed. It’s 11:17 on a Wednesday. Not worth the membership with the amount of gas wasted to find out I can’t wash the car
This location is often closed because something is broken. When they are open, their scanners can't read their presold car wash coupons. If your car isn't clean after the first wash, too bad, you have to pay again to go through again. Our town could certainly use a better car wash place, for a business or chain that would offer great customer service.
Tried to get my truck washed this morning, supposed to be open at 8am.At 815 was still not open with at least 6 cars backed up on street. Had to leave not to be late,so not aware of what time actually opened. If your hours posted are 8am be punctual or let your paying customers know their are issues. Canceling my membership.
I pay too much money for two cars and this place always close for maintenance or something. They be closing early and that’s not right when you pay your hard earned money that they don’t hesitate to take out your account so fast.. Like now I just went up there and it’s closed for maintenance smh
