Tidal Wave car wash is great! My car always looks clean when i leave here. The vacuums work well and there are always clean rags to wipe down the interior. The employee Liz is always super helpful and courteous going out of her way to make sure everything is ok and any problems are taken care of.
I had an excellent experience at this car wash, and I especially want to recognize the manager, Sam. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and truly attentive to detail. He made sure everything was done right and took the time to check that my car was cleaned perfectly. You can tell Sam takes pride in his work and in making sure customers leave happy. See some fake reviews here. If you have ever been to this site you know damn well it scratches your car. I canceled month ago when this tool named Justin was manager. My hood was scratched and my mirror was taken off. Said he wasn't responsible. I was going to give the place another shot Monday, but surprise they were closed. So I drove down a little was and got super service at a great price from Rocket wash.
I bought the best membership you could buy from them a year ago. Here recently (past 5months) they have been experiencing issues like certain mechanical parts not working and such. I would bring it to their attention but have not seen any results. Well the last two weeks I have been going 2 times a week and there has been no water to rinse my vehicle off. It got the middle of my car nice and clean, but the front and back, which they also have an attendant for, look awful… the back is streaky and the front still dirty. Not worth $27 in my opinion.
