I bought the best membership you could buy from them a year ago. Here recently (past 5months) they have been experiencing issues like certain mechanical parts not working and such. Close to our home and the $30 wash is fantastic. Leaves our cars so shiny. The vacuums and cleaning supplies are free to use. Staff is friendly.
Car wash Ripped my valve stem off, had a completely flat tire halfway through the car wash. I let staff know and they told me it was my fault that their car wash gave me a flat tire, less than helpful!! Absolutely ridiculous, staff and others looked at me change my tire
Have been using this car wash for about a year. Staff is friendly and helpful. I clean out my car here twice a week. With two kids and lots of travel, it’s great to have such a convenient place with everything I need to clean up the aftermath!
I purchased my car wash unlimited graph X4 pass about an hour ago. It wasn’t working when I got to tidal wash. Sam the manager was assisting us the entire time and thoroughly helped us get the issue completely resolved with a very clean car. Thank you SO SO much Sam! You’re the best!
