I’m not one for memberships of any kind, but honestly I had to take a chance with this place. Some of the best customer service I’ve had a very long time!! Liz was extremely welcoming and helpful. On top of that my car came out spotless. I’d give 10 stars if I could :)
Went to the automated car wash, my car was under the height limit and the attendant sold me a ticket for a wash. I proceeded through to the wash. The young attendant was on the phone and not really paying attention to me. Sent me through. Halfway through, the top brush snagged my awning on my SUV and snapped my crossbar. Attendants admitted fault and said they should've been paying attention. The manager wasn't there, so we filled out a damage report. I’ve been to this place several times when I’m traveling. Great visit. The whole place seemed cleaner and well maintained. Whatever has changed in the last month. Also is working well for this location.
This place is always closed. It’s 11:17 on a Wednesday. Not worth the membership with the amount of gas wasted to find out I can’t wash the car
Went to car wash and it hit rear bumper and pulled hitch cover scratching it and damaging it. Asked the manager if it was inside the wash and he acted like it was an inconvenience to go look. He brought it back to me and it was all scratched up and damaged. I washed if they were going to pay for it to be repaired and he said no it’s plastic and not his problem.
