I really enjoyed my experience here. My car was very messy and it took me over an hour to clean its interior properly due to an ant spray being everywhere in my car. You have the option to clean the interior of your car yourself for free, or you can pay for others to express clean the interior for you. First time today, wanted to try before buying the membership. My car was not touched prior to entry into the wash. I was told they would scrub it before it went in the tube. That never happened. 3 guy's doing nothing but directing traffic. My car was not clean and I will not be returning. $26 and my car is still dirty.

Best car wash around. I come from about an hr away to come to this place. They do a fantastic job cleaning the inside of my truck. Customer service is spot on. Friendly an attentive. Brandon the manager was great. I came to get a wash and my truck cleaned by the staff, I wasn't aware that the cleaning service stopped at 6pm and arrived much later. Just trying to get a car wash. Employee neglected to follow advise from their supervisor. Putting their board in the wrong location for the wind to carry and came down with a dent on my Chrysler 300 sport. So disappointed. Accidents happen but I'm at the loss. When being repaired the entire moon roof has to be removed. Won't be like factory to rip the ceiling out. I will update on how this is taken care of.

Typically, it is a perfect experience. Today, however, the person on the driver's side did a perfect job!!! The on the passenger side only vacuumed and did not wipe anything down. I did that myself once I got home. Many times, I have wished that we could give individual tips. I'm not sure how their tip system works, but there are definitely some employees who have more pride and care in their work than others. Still... it's a great place overall!!
