Typically, it is a perfect experience. Today, however, the person on the driver's side did a perfect job!!! The on the passenger side only vacuumed and did not wipe anything down. I did that myself once I got home. Many times, I have wished that we could give individual tips. I'm not sure how their tip system works, but there are definitely some employees who have more pride and care in their work than others. Still... it's a great place overall!!
I won’t be returning. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the exceptional service I received from one employee—a very kind gentleman with light, sandy brown, curly hair (possibly late 30s to 40s). I wish I had caught his name, because he truly stood out in the best way. Unfortunately, the overall experience just didn’t match the price point. Easy to access car wash. I’ve been a club member since they opened about 10 years ago and just a good easy place to get in and out of. The exterior wash is fine and they provide towels for drying off and if you want to sell clean inside you can or you can pay a little extra and have them do it for you.
The staff here are exceptionally friendly and the management is top-notch! Each and every member of the team is incredibly supportive and always ready to assist with anything you need. A big thank you to everyone for making the experience so pleasant!
I’ve been coming to tidal wave for years. I’ve had my car detailed by summer and she does an awesome job. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants your car to look brand new. I will not have it detailed by anyone else
