First, I want to address the unprofessionalism I experienced with this business. I brought my vehicle in for a car wash, expecting a routine service. While pulling out after the wash and parking to clean my floor mats, one of the employees notified me that my rear windshield wiper had been broken off during the wash. The employee confirmed that they witnessed it happen. I immediately filed an incident claim so the damage could be addressed and the part replaced. My daughter took my car to get it washed when I got home from traveling, the car was COVERED in bugs! When she got home it looked SPARKLY clean! I love this location and how the people there never fail to make my car look brand new! Thanks Summerville Tidal Wave! And thank you Luciano for getting those bugs!!
i came to get my moms car washed after she had been traveling from north carolina, and her car had BUGS. but i pulled up, and the young gentlemen Luciano greeted me with a warm smile!! and he got to scrubbing! he got every single one of those hard bugs off and now my moms car looks brand new again!! shoutout to this guy!
Summer is the BEST! My face lights up when I see she is working bc I know my car is going to be done with great detail! She’s definitely a keeper!
All I can say is WOW!!! Bridget is AMAZING!! Really took their time to clean my car, super detailed!! WOW! I have an old car & it feels brand new!! Yes their prices have gone up a bit but today it was TOTALLY worth it! Very very happy!!!
