I go out of my way in every state we are in to find a Tidal Wave! This location not only did like every other location I have been to, top notch clean service, they also offer an interior cleaning package too!!! Which was by far amazing for the price! All of it was, as usual. Did not disappoint in any aspect!

Best car wash around. I come from about an hr away to come to this place. They do a fantastic job cleaning the inside of my truck. Customer service is spot on. Friendly an attentive. Brandon the manager was great. I came to get a wash and my truck cleaned by the staff, I wasn't aware that the cleaning service stopped at 6pm and arrived much later. I really enjoyed my experience here. My car was very messy and it took me over an hour to clean its interior properly due to an ant spray being everywhere in my car. You have the option to clean the interior of your car yourself for free, or you can pay for others to express clean the interior for you. I cleaned it myself (no one should be subjected to the violently peppermint-y interior). They had both flat, wide vacuums, thin vacuums, an air gun, mat trays, and trash cans to help cleaning. First time today, wanted to try before buying the membership. My car was not touched prior to entry into the wash. I was told they would scrub it before it went in the tube. That never happened. 3 guy's doing nothing but directing traffic. My car was not clean and I will not be returning. $26 and my car is still dirty.

Typically, it is a perfect experience. Today, however, the person on the driver's side did a perfect job!!! The on the passenger side only vacuumed and did not wipe anything down. I did that myself once I got home. Many times, I have wished that we could give individual tips. I'm not sure how their tip system works, but there are definitely some employees who have more pride and care in their work than others. Still... it's a great place overall!!
