Car wash works well. Air hose system was not working and there is very limited parking to do additional cleaning. The monthly membership is much higher than other states in been in for the same services.

We regularly get our cars washed and waxed at this location. It seems that there are always remnant bugs / grime / debris, stuck on front lights, grill and bumper. These have to be cleaned manually each time. We continue to go here as the wash at other locations is not any better or slightly worst.

With each visit to your carwash, it’s so nice to drive up and see that Jonica is working. She always greets with and a smile, has great eye contact, and such a great and pleasant attitude while helping you line-up for carwash. She shines in her work. I imagine everything she does- she does with the same attitude and will do well with whatever she does with her life. What an asset to this carwash! Thank you for hiring people like her that give 100%!

I have a membership and every location I’ve been to even in different states they always brush the front end, windshield, bed cover and tailgate, sometimes even side mirrors. They barely even touched the front windshield and didn’t do anything else.

Ive been using tidal wave since they've opened and might I say it has been an easy sgoing experience with the members pass to pull up clean my car and go. The staff take excellent care of my car. The vacums and spray cleaners they have really do the trick for some interior cleaning.
