My mother and I just had the most awful experience at this location. While we were in the middle of getting our car washed, the conveyer malfunctioned and we were in a 3 car pile up. The cars were wobbling all over the place and we couldn’t even see anything in front of us! Instead of the employees explaining to us what’s going on, they didn’t even talk to us. They weren’t even apologetic about it. The old man just told us to back out and leave. This is unacceptable!! I’d recommend going to Caliber or Scrubby’s.

I love this place! Whether it is 28° or 108°, they are open and ready to provide great service! The equipment is always functioning properly, the property is clean, and you have a canopy to shield you from the sun while you detail your car!

Laziest out of any tidal waves I’ve been to. Slowest to move the line through from the half ass front end scrub. Every other location will actually scrub with spray and a brush when my front end is dirty and I tip them every time but not once have these lazy folks actually got my front end worth a crab. They aggressively throw the big brush over not doing diddly squat. Avoid this location if at all possible to get some good service

Always flawless, except for the idiots that don't know how to read the sign and hold up the entire fast lane. Awesome car wash though!!!
