We entered the second line. Waited forever, no one came. That was a members only lane but no signage. Car wash was pretty good some spots left. Polish was good. However upon leaving there was no vacuum spots open. Had to leave without vacuuming. That was a big disappointment, we paid $30 and couldn’t vacuum vehicle because they took to many washes. They need to space vehicles properly or offer discount for wash only.

Ive been using tidal wave since they've opened and might I say it has been an easy sgoing experience with the members pass to pull up clean my car and go. The staff take excellent care of my car. The vacums and spray cleaners they have really do the trick for some interior cleaning.

Rayme was wonderful! I had hit something and he got all of the paint off my car. He went above and beyond all expectation!! Will visit again!

We’ve been a member of Tidal Wave car wash for quite a while. We have gotten great service each time we go through the car wash. All the employees that we have had dealings with have been pleasant and are very amenable to honor almost any request! We highly recommend Tidal Wave!!

My mother and I just had the most awful experience at this location. While we were in the middle of getting our car washed, the conveyer malfunctioned and we were in a 3 car pile up. The cars were wobbling all over the place and we couldn’t even see anything in front of us! Instead of the employees explaining to us what’s going on, they didn’t even talk to us. They weren’t even apologetic about it. The old man just told us to back out and leave. This is unacceptable!! I’d recommend going to Caliber or Scrubby’s.
