I come by often, The little guy Quailek always makes sure my car is sparkling clean! He pays attention to every little detail, and he's super friendly too. Definitely the best car wash experience I've had!

I really liked my experience at this car wash. The service was great and everything was done well and in a timely manner. Cameron was very helpful and made sure everything looked good before I left. I’d definitely come back!

I went to this Tidal wave on Irby st March 27th. I had forgot my credit card in the store across the street . I tried to back up ,there was a car behind me but no car next to me. I asked the driver to pull over to that lane . (A white lady) she refused to move her car . I asked the attendant (a white boy ) Josh could he get her to move over to the other lane so I could back out . He went to talk to the lady laughed and said he was have me pull through the side . I feel like im still going behind the workers and the car wash and cleaning dead bugs and bird poop off. Especially on the grill and side mirrors. Sometimes a lot of the vacuums aren't strong enough. I dont know if that's pretty typical with car washes or what.

People are great. The wash doesn't damage your vehicle. I drive a Ram 2500 4x4 crew cab. The wash does a good job. I wash my truck every time I go to Sumter. Sometimes 4 times a week.
