People are great. The wash doesn't damage your vehicle. I drive a Ram 2500 4x4 crew cab. The wash does a good job. I wash my truck every time I go to Sumter. Sometimes 4 times a week.

Terrible experience with signing up for a subscription. My car is new and was not a selectable option for setting up your account profile. I reached out to for help and nobody ever responded. I tried twice. Then it came time for renewal and I tried to cancel. Still no response. So the renewal ended up going through which infuriated me. This place can next worry about my membership ever again. My car came off the track and was up in the air... I told Todd at least he said his name was told..I heard a loud noise and the cars behind me was confused to what was going on. If my car is in neutral and on tracks let me know if I have to take a driving class to make sure it doesn't come off. I told him I seen a red mark on my car could he check and make sure one of the brushes didn't do that or whatever had my wheel off the track. He said it wasn't his brush. Also... read more
