I normally don’t leave reviews but my experience at this car wash was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared. A staff member named AUSTIN was very unprofessional and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone for no reason. There was absolutely no courtesy or willingness to help and it left a really negative impression. People are great. The wash doesn't damage your vehicle. I drive a Ram 2500 4x4 crew cab. The wash does a good job. I wash my truck every time I go to Sumter. Sometimes 4 times a week.
Terrible experience with signing up for a subscription. My car is new and was not a selectable option for setting up your account profile. I reached out to for help and nobody ever responded. I tried twice. Then it came time for renewal and I tried to cancel. Still no response. So the renewal ended up going through which infuriated me. My truck was looking quite sparkly & I was thrilled with the staff. They hose young men are working their hearts out with a smile on their faces. Wonderful service.
This place can next worry about my membership ever again. My car came off the track and was up in the air... I told Todd at least he said his name was told..I heard a loud noise and the cars behind me was confused to what was going on. If my car is in neutral and on tracks let me know if I have to take a driving class to make sure it doesn't come off.
