I come by often, The little guy Quailek always makes sure my car is sparkling clean! He pays attention to every little detail, and he's super friendly too. Definitely the best car wash experience I've had!
Absolutely Outstanding Service! I had an amazing experience at this car wash today. My vehicle came out looking spotless—inside and out—and the level of detail was impressive. A special shout-out to Qualiek, the wash attendant, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Friendly, attentive, and truly dedicated to great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I normally don’t leave reviews but my experience at this car wash was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared. A staff member named AUSTIN was very unprofessional and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone for no reason. There was absolutely no courtesy or willingness to help and it left a really negative impression. People are great. The wash doesn't damage your vehicle. I drive a Ram 2500 4x4 crew cab. The wash does a good job. I wash my truck every time I go to Sumter. Sometimes 4 times a week.
Terrible experience with signing up for a subscription. My car is new and was not a selectable option for setting up your account profile. I reached out to for help and nobody ever responded. I tried twice. Then it came time for renewal and I tried to cancel. Still no response. So the renewal ended up going through which infuriated me.
