RecommendedI 100% recommend tidal wave! They are willing to work in the cold, warm and deserve more attention! And still remain with a smile on their face and do an excellent job! The last few times I’ve gone I’ve gotten Mrs. Emily, she is great at her job and makes sure she gets the job done! A good, working girl! :)

Very frustrating experience. This location is routinely closed on Saturday mornings for maintenance, which makes no sense for customers who work during the week. Weekdays would be a far more reasonable time for closures. Poor planning and inconvenient hours.

i was a member at Tidal Wave Auto Spa until the day I went to get a wash and was told I wasn't a member anymore knowingly it's been paid I was disrespected and treated different than another customer with same issue but different skin tone. I do not an will not support any establishment that will treat a customer this way
