Can’t stand these chains! My BF took my truck to this one and the one in Augusta ga and both spots their brushes tore my outside mirrors off my 97 f150 and they refuse to pay to replace them!! On top of that in Jan 2026 he took his small SUV in to rinse off the salt from the snow storm and now we see they hit the card twice that day for 2 prices and again in February too now we have to fight to get the refund and for them to stop taking the money we didn’t approve! I went to the Camden location. I am a member so I’ve been to many different locations. This particular visit was probably the best visit I have ever had at any Tidal Waves. The attended Josh did a great job. I drive a company truck that gets retry dirty sometimes. Josh pressure washed my fender wells, and running boards, without me asking. He did something that many locations neglect to do. He brushed my bed cover, right behind the rear glass. I tried to tip Josh, and he would not take my money. Do like coming here, but it seems the last 2 times I have gone there the staff that use the brushes to clean windows, front and back end don't 1) put effort into it and 2) do half the job. Example: he washed 1 side mirror and not the other. There were still bug spots on front & back of car. Didn't even scrub the back end, except window, which means back-up camera is still dirty. I usually do to $20 or $25 wash. I don't mind vacuuming my SUV, but I don't want to have to go home and clean what should have been done. Again, I... read more

i had a few issues at the columbia location as far as damage happening to my vehicle and them so carelessly ignoring my problem. i told them to cancel and they did without a doubt even though i paid my membership a week and half ago. Zac the new manager was amazing at camden location. i ranted to him ab the damage and then he informed me my membership was canceled and it was already timed out. so he let me go through since i had just paid it a week and half ago. he was very nice and explained that they would have taken care ... read more
