The actual car wash does a great job—my car always comes out clean and shiny. However, the employees are extremely pushy about trying to sell a membership every time I go. It makes the experience uncomfortable and takes away from the convenience. There’s a guy who’s always at the kiosk where you pay. He thinks it’s cute or funny to say things like “guess you don’t like saving money.” He’s very annoying and I just want to buy my car wash in peace. This is a life savor especially when u have kids and a busy lifestyle, but love to keep ur car nice n clean and need to get it done quickly. And when u pay monthly u can literally go as much as u want!!!! Vacuums are strong, which I love because I’ve been other places where they don’t do as well. I would highly recommend to anyone especially busy Moms like myself, even the kids love helping when we come!!!
We’ve had a basic membership for over a year for both our autos, one sedan and one truck. The employees are exceptionally professional and trained to do a great job. And they’re always polite and friendly. Yesterday one of the guys, Josh, was so very helpful in upgrading our membership and helped me figure out the best service for our money. A big thanks to him and the other workers for always providing excellent service.

Do like coming here, but it seems the last 2 times I have gone there the staff that use the brushes to clean windows, front and back end don't 1) put effort into it and 2) do half the job. Example: he washed 1 side mirror and not the other. There were still bug spots on front & back of car. Didn't even scrub the back end, except window, which means back-up camera is still dirty. I usually do to $20 or $25 wash. I don't mind vacuuming my SUV, but I don't want to have to go home and clean what should have been done. Again, I... read more
