I never thought I would pay for carwash subscription but it s worth it. Quick convenient great vacuums, Friendly staff, clean car!. Gives you a good feeling when car is always clean. Many locations under same subscription, Florence , Camden Piney Grove across from Costco, More places all the time opening. Clean bathrooms most of the time. You can visit as many times as you want best part.
I went to the Camden location. I am a member so I’ve been to many different locations. This particular visit was probably the best visit I have ever had at any Tidal Waves. The attended Josh did a great job. I drive a company truck that gets retry dirty sometimes. Josh pressure washed my fender wells, and running boards, without me asking. He did something that many locations neglect to do. He brushed my bed cover, right behind the rear glass. I tried to tip Josh, and he would not take my money. Do like coming here, but it seems the last 2 times I have gone there the staff that use the brushes to clean windows, front and back end don't 1) put effort into it and 2) do half the job. Example: he washed 1 side mirror and not the other. There were still bug spots on front & back of car. Didn't even scrub the back end, except window, which means back-up camera is still dirty. I usually do to $20 or $25 wash. I don't mind vacuuming my SUV, but I don't want to have to go home and clean what should have been done. Again, I... read more
I visited Camden’s tidal wave on Feb 10th at 9:30. Josh was the entrance attendant. He was very professional and courteous. I will be visiting this location more often! Keep up the great work!
This is a life savor especially when u have kids and a busy lifestyle, but love to keep ur car nice n clean and need to get it done quickly. And when u pay monthly u can literally go as much as u want!!!! Vacuums are strong, which I love because I’ve been other places where they don’t do as well. I would highly recommend to anyone especially busy Moms like myself, even the kids love helping when we come!!!
