I love Tidal Wave! Definitely the best car wash in town and I highly recommend them. I have their monthly subscription and go most days of the week. The workers are so kind and the wash itself always leaves my car looking great!
Absolutely amazing! This is hands down the best carwash experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I pulled in, everything was quick, organized, and efficient. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly cared about delivering a great result. My car came out looking brand new—spotless exterior, streak-free windows, and the tires shining like I just drove it off the lot. The vacuum stations were powerful and spotless themselves (huge plus!), and the free cleaning supplies for interiors were such a thoughtful touch.
The location in Lenoir NC does great work, however, I cancelled my subscription at the home office and they said I still had to pay the total amount due to it wasn't cancelled with 7 days notice. We were never told of any such thing. So I also went ahead and cancelled my husbands subscription and they drafted the funds again. I called and fortunately they refunded the funds. This is a good place to have your automobiles washed. They sell monthly packages. They provide supplies to self clean your car out at the vacuums. Employees are friendly! Just be aware that canceling the package needs to be done way ahead of the time prior to the next billing cycle. Please ask them, if you have questions. They are nice.
I just want to take this opportunity to say thank you to Zerden for his excellent customer service. He is polite and professional. And I can't say thank you enough for the services you help provide.
