Absolutely amazing service every time I come through. I personally love tidal wave because it gets my car cleaned way better than any drive through car wash I’ve been through. The vacuum cleaners are my favorite considering I don’t have to pay extra to use them and I don’t have to rush and worry about my time running out. Don't waste your time. I just got the Graph-4X Wash ($30) because of winter road conditions (road salt/snow). My truck looks like 50% got washed. If that's their top tier premium package I'd hate to get the base.
Premium Price For Average Service and Location. And on the follow-up reply from the business we all know nothing will be done. As these issues have been going on since I first became a member. After being a VERY loyal customer for 5 plus years ( two car membership) lets call it 50 $ a month for 5 years 3 k total. Tidal Wave is awesome. Adam Hicks (not related😉) is one of the nicest, most conscientious young men I know. His goal is for every customer to have an extraordinary experience.
