Had a lot of gravel roads junk and salt from mountains bought some of the fundraiser tickets used 2 of them suppose be $30 wash. On the second time ask the guy to spray the running boards he said he couldn't sprayer been messed up since summer time so he told the other guy to use the brush that they use to wash the windows and back of your vehicle now every vehicle has good chance getting scratched from the stuff of my truck. Sad thing after 2 washes still not clean
I love Tidal Wave! Definitely the best car wash in town and I highly recommend them. I have their monthly subscription and go most days of the week. The workers are so kind and the wash itself always leaves my car looking great!
I absolutely love this car wash. I always have the best experience. Employees are on top of everything and fast, making the experience that much better. Adam is such a pleasant employee. He’s always ready to help or answer any questions you may have.
The location in Lenoir NC does great work, however, I cancelled my subscription at the home office and they said I still had to pay the total amount due to it wasn't cancelled with 7 days notice. We were never told of any such thing. So I also went ahead and cancelled my husbands subscription and they drafted the funds again. I called and fortunately they refunded the funds. Have enjoyed having a membership at Tidal Wave. Comes in handy getting to drive thru and knock off that weekly build up. It is also nice to know they have vacuums and towels on stand-by if needed for the interior. Staff is friendly and has been accommodating to my request when needed.
