Don't waste your time. I just got the Graph-4X Wash ($30) because of winter road conditions (road salt/snow). My truck looks like 50% got washed. If that's their top tier premium package I'd hate to get the base.

Premium Price For Average Service and Location. And on the follow-up reply from the business we all know nothing will be done. As these issues have been going on since I first became a member. After being a VERY loyal customer for 5 plus years ( two car membership) lets call it 50 $ a month for 5 years 3 k total. Absolutely amazing service every time I come through. I personally love tidal wave because it gets my car cleaned way better than any drive through car wash I’ve been through. The vacuum cleaners are my favorite considering I don’t have to pay extra to use them and I don’t have to rush and worry about my time running out. Had a lot of gravel roads junk and salt from mountains bought some of the fundraiser tickets used 2 of them suppose be $30 wash. On the second time ask the guy to spray the running boards he said he couldn't sprayer been messed up since summer time so he told the other guy to use the brush that they use to wash the windows and back of your vehicle now every vehicle has good chance getting scratched from the stuff of my truck. Sad thing after 2 washes still not clean
