Yesterday was my best experience since I’ve been coming to the Tidal wave auto spa. I’ve had some of the other guys before but Andrew is my favorite! He was so helpful and did a great job on my car. I will definitely be back because of him! 10/10 make sure you request for Andrew!
My wife and I came through today and a kind wash attendant named Andrew helped us choose the perfect wash for our vehicle. Would highly recommend visiting this location. They have amazing customer service!!
This is a good place to have your automobiles washed. They sell monthly packages. They provide supplies to self clean your car out at the vacuums. Employees are friendly! Just be aware that canceling the package needs to be done way ahead of the time prior to the next billing cycle. Please ask them, if you have questions. They are nice.
So over the fathers day weekend I went to the car wash to run my Chevrolet Silverado through. On my truck I have a bullet antenna, when I pulled up to the spot where they use the soap brushes before you go through the actual car wash the young man using the brush broke off my antenna with the brush. As a HVAC service manager of 5 tech's and spending 26 years in the field I 100% understand mistakes happen. However as I was watching the young man and on his back strock he hit the antenna and broke it off. Mistakes happen........ read more
