The location in Lenoir NC does great work, however, I cancelled my subscription at the home office and they said I still had to pay the total amount due to it wasn't cancelled with 7 days notice. We were never told of any such thing. So I also went ahead and cancelled my husbands subscription and they drafted the funds again. I called and fortunately they refunded the funds. Absolutely amazing! This is hands down the best carwash experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I pulled in, everything was quick, organized, and efficient. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly cared about delivering a great result. My car came out looking brand new—spotless exterior, streak-free windows, and the tires shining like I just drove it off the lot. The vacuum stations were powerful and spotless themselves (huge plus!), and the free cleaning supplies for interiors were such a thoughtful touch.
I had been a member from right after they opened this one up. When they first open you had to really watch out for all the guys they had washing you vehicle because you may run over one. Well the longer it went the less employees they had working. Now you're lucky if they have two cleaning your car as you pull in. Well i went by Wednesday morning and ran mine thru and when I got threw it wasn't clean so I was in a hurry so I thought well I'll stop back by this afternoon after work and run it thru again. Great place to get your car washed. I'm a bit of a cheapskate and with the only complaint being that the price could be a bit lower, I have yet to cancel though so thats saying something. 😊
This is a good place to have your automobiles washed. They sell monthly packages. They provide supplies to self clean your car out at the vacuums. Employees are friendly! Just be aware that canceling the package needs to be done way ahead of the time prior to the next billing cycle. Please ask them, if you have questions. They are nice.
