We are members. We went through the member line today in Tarboro, NC, and had to wait for OVER 15 minutes bc the attendant let a non member come in that line during a busy time. WHAT’S THE POINT OF THE MEMBER LINE??!! He should have directed her to drive around and join the non member line. I was trapped behind her. At least 4 cars drove up from the street and beat me on the other side. Things like this make me want to drop my membership. This used to be a great car wash but now the only one that prewashes the vehicle is the one that is actually in the tunnel and this person usually barely brushes my car and only on the driver's side. I pay to be a member and I have to do alot of cleaning after I go through the wash. The Washington NC location is the same way.
This is an amazing car wash business. If I had this kind of car wash establishment in my area I would definitely join the club. Please come to the Tampa Bay area! 😂 The vacuums are amazing too!
Love this car wash, the only one I go to now! Ramon helped me last time I went and was very informative on all the club options and prices. My kids love the colors and scented soap! Employees were thorough with scrubbing my after a long road trip and got all the bugs off! Thanks guys! They made the experience great!
I absolutely love this location Tarboro NC is the best Tidal Wave location their facility is always clean and the no bug left behind idea is actually noticed here. The vacuum is always in good working condition and the staff are kind and helpful. Thank you to the Management and hard working staff at the Tarboro NC Tidal Wave.
