Always a great wash and great service! Tidal Wave Car Wash is my go-to spot whenever I want my car to look its best. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the wash is fast but really thorough, and my car always comes out spotless. I love that they have strong vacuums and free cleaning supplies to do the finishing touches. The whole place is clean and well-maintained, and it’s clear they really care about their customers. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a quality wash every time!
We are members. We went through the member line today in Tarboro, NC, and had to wait for OVER 15 minutes bc the attendant let a non member come in that line during a busy time. WHAT’S THE POINT OF THE MEMBER LINE??!! He should have directed her to drive around and join the non member line. I was trapped behind her. At least 4 cars drove up from the street and beat me on the other side. Things like this make me want to drop my membership. I’ve been to multiple car washes and this one is by far the best one I’ve been to. Workers are friendly, the place is super clean and most importantly, they get your car really clean!
I absolutely love this location Tarboro NC is the best Tidal Wave location their facility is always clean and the no bug left behind idea is actually noticed here. The vacuum is always in good working condition and the staff are kind and helpful. Thank you to the Management and hard working staff at the Tarboro NC Tidal Wave.
This is an amazing car wash business. If I had this kind of car wash establishment in my area I would definitely join the club. Please come to the Tampa Bay area! 😂 The vacuums are amazing too!
