The best tidal wave to go to for your vehicle needs. Not a bad thing but the manager is ocd and it tells. And that’s what’s awesome about the tarboro tidal wave. Good customer service and quality car washing.
Attendants were nice and and respectful. Car wash did a good job of cleaning my truck but tire shined the tires completely. Not a new facility so did not have car mat washer, however the attendant did spray my mats down.
The employee Nathan is super helpful! He explains the packages very well and always makes sure he takes time to ensure my car is as clean as it should be! I have never been so impressed with customer service than when dealing with the employee! He treats every car as if it is his own and ensures you’re satisfied
Always a great wash and great service! Tidal Wave Car Wash is my go-to spot whenever I want my car to look its best. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the wash is fast but really thorough, and my car always comes out spotless. I love that they have strong vacuums and free cleaning supplies to do the finishing touches. The whole place is clean and well-maintained, and it’s clear they really care about their customers. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a quality wash every time!
Just an amazing business! One of the most amazing things they office is their charity days. My son has autism and he is a part of the Hope Program from Englewood Presbyterian Church. They gave 50% of proceeds to the Hope program and 100% of cash donations. What a great way to get the word out about an amazing organization and get your car sparkling clean!!
