I was in the office today trying to add a car to my family plan. Travis was assisting me when another customer came knocking on the door with a cut to her finger and asked for a band-aid. He got her the band-aid and came back to me. Shortly after, another customer needed his help because their car cut off in the middle of the prep line. He and two others pushed the car out the line so that others could get their car washed. I love coming to tidal wave especially assistant manger Travis. He saw that my car wasn’t fully clean and he allowed me to have a free wash again to help me out. Thanks a bunch definitely returning

I went there for only a vaccum one day last week. I've never been there except that one time and didnt sign up for a memebership or anything of such. Some how this morning they charged me over $25 dollars for no reason. I tried calling customer service because the webiste said they are open 7 days a week but when I called it said they are closed. I am truly not happy and will not be going back!!
