I had an awesome experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa. The wash itself was great, but what really stood out was the customer service — especially from Travis. He went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth, answered questions without rushing, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. I’ve been coming to tidal wave for over a year now. I’ve never had a bad experience, until now… typically every employee has been so friendly and nice but the woman who checked me out today had an unpleasant attitude and expression on her face. ADDITIONALLY after over a year of coming here, they raise the reprices by $3?! Going from $12 for a basic wash to $15. Overall the experience was very disheartening, as this was my go to car wash, and due to the prices drastic increase, i do plan on now looking for a new place to go.

If this review were based purely on customer service, it’s a 5 star hands down. The guys here are outstanding and top notch. The one issue I have consistently is with the towels. They’re wet and leave behind lots of little pieces of fiber. The wet part is really what gets me, because when I go to wipe down my vehicle to remove the water drops, it just leaves me with these horrible streaks. I understand most people don’t strive for 100% perfection in this area, but I do, being in private transportation. Secondly, the towels l... read more
