July 3, 12:40. Sticker read issue. The kiosk attendant, though busy with a sub sell noticed and politely asked me to give her a second. All that was needed was to wipe the glass clean but the other attendant manning the tunnel noticed my issue 75 feet away. Being the last of 'personal contact', he stopped me before sending me through just to ensure that the issue was solved, reassuring me that any future issues would be handled promptly and in the same polite and friendly manner. I had an amazing experience here!! Brandon was my attendant and he was so polite and friendly!! Will definitely be going back! Not only does my car look very clean now but I had a pleasant experience with the workers as well!

Tidal Wave is the best car wash experience that I have ever had. I am a member so I get my truck washed every other day. The wash leaves my vehicle spotless and the tire shine is awesome. The self vacuum experience is good too. They give you wet towels and all purpose cleaning spray. Overall I would rate them a 10 out of 10!!

DJ was amazing directed us exactly where we needed to go, very friendly, attentive and assertive. Will be coming back thanks to him. Great job hiring an outstanding man.
