If this review were based purely on customer service, it’s a 5 star hands down. The guys here are outstanding and top notch. The one issue I have consistently is with the towels. They’re wet and leave behind lots of little pieces of fiber. The wet part is really what gets me, because when I go to wipe down my vehicle to remove the water drops, it just leaves me with these horrible streaks. Pay $26 to get in my car washed thinking it was going to come out and be nice and pretty only for my windshield to be so streaky and so many spots left on my car along with dead bugs not even gone off my car.
July 3, 12:40. Sticker read issue. The kiosk attendant, though busy with a sub sell noticed and politely asked me to give her a second. All that was needed was to wipe the glass clean but the other attendant manning the tunnel noticed my issue 75 feet away. Being the last of 'personal contact', he stopped me before sending me through just to ensure that the issue was solved, reassuring me that any future issues would be handled promptly and in the same polite and friendly manner.
