If this review were based purely on customer service, it’s a 5 star hands down. The guys here are outstanding and top notch. The one issue I have consistently is with the towels. They’re wet and leave behind lots of little pieces of fiber. The wet part is really what gets me, because when I go to wipe down my vehicle to remove the water drops, it just leaves me with these horrible streaks. Went to Tidal Wave in Greenville NC to get my car washed today.... BRANDON COBB was A1. His customer service is TOP NOTCH. Definitely ask for Brandon this guy is AMAZING!!... 💪🏾🩵
I had an amazing experience here!! Brandon was my attendant and he was so polite and friendly!! Will definitely be going back! Not only does my car look very clean now but I had a pleasant experience with the workers as well!
Brandon welcomed us at Tidal wave on Arlington. His enthusiastic energy was contagious! Definitely a 5 star employee! Car wash was great.
If there was a zero star option I would pick it. Looks like my car never went through the wash & I paid that much to vacuum!! Yes, I got the cheapest one but I get that at all the car washes in Greenville and never had this problem! Tried to call customer service and the lady was actually one of the rudest I’ve ever encountered. Note: these were literally taken while I was still there & I did not have time to search for an employee and go back through the wash. Will not be back
