July 3, 12:40. Sticker read issue. The kiosk attendant, though busy with a sub sell noticed and politely asked me to give her a second. All that was needed was to wipe the glass clean but the other attendant manning the tunnel noticed my issue 75 feet away. Being the last of 'personal contact', he stopped me before sending me through just to ensure that the issue was solved, reassuring me that any future issues would be handled promptly and in the same polite and friendly manner. I’ve been to Tidal Wave before, but this experience was like none that I’ve had prior! As soon as I pulled up, DJ had SPRINTED to me to make sure I was taken care of. He was there to truly make sure I had the best deal possible, and made sure that I was fully informed of what I was getting. Before purchasing, he stated there was a discount for the one I had wanted to purchase and SPRINTED back to his station to get it the discount card for me. I had an amazing experience here!! Brandon was my attendant and he was so polite and friendly!! Will definitely be going back! Not only does my car look very clean now but I had a pleasant experience with the workers as well!
