I don't know if management changed or what? They were 5-star until recently. Staff were impatient and putting the cars about 3 feet apart. The wash cycle was not hitting car until about the windshield. The vacuums don't have the same suction they used to. The rags were all dirty near me. Really disappointed. Canceled my membership.

I have seen the management change at least twice since I became a Tidal Wave club member. The change in new management has always brought about positive change(s). Today, new vacuum cleaners have been installed and working well and new carts for the towels are setup throughout. 1 year prior, Signed up for the $49.99 ultimate club and they discounted $40, so I was able to join their ultimate club today for $10. I got the Graph-X4 wash but there were still stains on my windshield and paint. I came back right away and they gave me a second wash free of charge but my car is still dirty. Mind you my car is barely a month out of a detailed cleaning from my dealership. Today is my first and last time at Tidal Wave, unfortunately.
We have two car memberships here and in the past it's been great. Over the last 6 months or more the quality has seriously declined. The sprayers no longer fully rinse the soap off your car. The employees say parts are broken and they are waiting on parts, it's been a minimum of 6 months waiting on parts. You can see locations inside the car wash where sprayers have been removed and are no longer present. It's very frustrating to have soap residue all over the car after you drive away.
