Denied service after already having a monthly subscription before with the items in my bed. Canceled my subscription because of this. I absolutely love tidal wave, but don’t pick and choose service please. When I signed up for the monthly service, I had more items on my rack.
I have seen the management change at least twice since I became a Tidal Wave club member. The change in new management has always brought about positive change(s). Today, new vacuum cleaners have been installed and working well and new carts for the towels are setup throughout. 1 year prior, Signed up for the $49.99 ultimate club and they discounted $40, so I was able to join their ultimate club today for $10. I had a membership on "Five cars" from the very beginning@ half price for over two years. Until they went up on the cost. So I canceled all the vehicle off autopay. So we went to Green clean. Green clean, did the same thing to their first startup customers as well after a year. Both started out @ $29 autopay per vehicle. Then went up on all of them. Your welcome, from us on your start up business. So I dropped them as well. Now I just do it myself at home. I can do a better job anyway.
I don't know if management changed or what? They were 5-star until recently. Staff were impatient and putting the cars about 3 feet apart. The wash cycle was not hitting car until about the windshield. The vacuums don't have the same suction they used to. The rags were all dirty near me. Really disappointed. Canceled my membership.
