I got the Graph-X4 wash but there were still stains on my windshield and paint. I came back right away and they gave me a second wash free of charge but my car is still dirty. Mind you my car is barely a month out of a detailed cleaning from my dealership. Today is my first and last time at Tidal Wave, unfortunately.
They are “not responsible” for the damage to this brand new truck on the tailgate. Had to file insurance claim, do not take your vehicles there !
I have seen the management change at least twice since I became a Tidal Wave club member. The change in new management has always brought about positive change(s). Today, new vacuum cleaners have been installed and working well and new carts for the towels are setup throughout. 1 year prior, Signed up for the $49.99 ultimate club and they discounted $40, so I was able to join their ultimate club today for $10. I get there $30 monthly deal every month, and for a decent price it’s gives me everything my car needs and that’s not saving much about my car, but it makes it look nice and lasts for a good week or to before I have to get a another one.
