Buyer beware. I cancelled this service and then noticed a charge on my credit card for two months running. After contacting corporate, I was informed they only cancelled for the vehicle I was driving, not the account. They conveniently did not ask about all vehicles and only cancelled the one. I informed them I wanted to cancel the entire account but apparently, you have to initiate the conversation as the associate failed to disclose this policy. I have been a tidal wave member for 2 vehicles for well over a year. I have taken my truck to several tidal waves with no issues. When I visited Washington I was told my dog kennel which is secured to the truck 5 times must be bolted down to go through the wash. I have washed the truck the way it is somewhere close to 100 times at other tidal waves and nobody has ever mentioned this. Well, they do a little better job than the other car. Wash called whistle, but they still need to do a better job. Getting the bugs off my mirrors. And they need dad a little more wrenching water because I always have soap scum left on my truck.
