I have been a tidal wave member for 2 vehicles for well over a year. I have taken my truck to several tidal waves with no issues. When I visited Washington I was told my dog kennel which is secured to the truck 5 times must be bolted down to go through the wash. I have washed the truck the way it is somewhere close to 100 times at other tidal waves and nobody has ever mentioned this. Well, they do a little better job than the other car. Wash called whistle, but they still need to do a better job. Getting the bugs off my mirrors. And they need dad a little more wrenching water because I always have soap scum left on my truck.

I I've always had to do a little extra work with streaks and so forth. Yesterday getting my snow washed at the drying area I discovered none of the dirt on the rails have been taken off. Went back around and talk to attendant and was informed that the wash is not designed 40 medium size 2500 and F-250 style trucks and that's why the dirt was not removed.
