I I've always had to do a little extra work with streaks and so forth. Yesterday getting my snow washed at the drying area I discovered none of the dirt on the rails have been taken off. Went back around and talk to attendant and was informed that the wash is not designed 40 medium size 2500 and F-250 style trucks and that's why the dirt was not removed. Not worth the price. Sheetz does a better job with that basic car wash drive thru. I thought maybe the gentleman with the brush before hand would give it the extraness those other ones don't offer. What happened to the car washes where you'd pick a package and they'd personally have people to dry it for you at the end? That was worth $21.00 then. Again not worth the money for the results I ended up with.
Usually busy but the staff does very well about moving customers quickly. My windshield and the body of my car is left with stains. I would like a more thorough wash, especially since I am a member.
So glad we have Tidal Wave and their choices of plans to choose within our respective budget. Mr. Nick, the manager greets everyone with a smile. After the wash there are always supplies to dry your vehicle as well as solution to clean the windows! All the employees have a smile, greets you and thanks you for coming.
Love this place so much!!! Staff is always super nice and very thorough with cleaning your car! The team lead who washed my car today was so nice!
