I took an admittedly very dirty car to get cleaned. I specifically asked the attendant if the car was not properly cleaned, would I be able to go through the car was a second time. His exact words were: "Yea, we'll take care of you." After going through the wash, the car was still dirty (see attached photos). Can’t use my membership. Can’t get a refund. The customer service lady I spoke with was very helpful and nice. The staff at the car wash were great and respectful about the situation. They went over and beyond to help me. The software/hardware system was acting up and is in need of effective user experience improvements and updated technological improvement. I don’t intend to use Tidal Wave again but I had my own experience and it shouldn’t deter you from giving them a chance.
They tell me I'm unable to wash me car here because of the kayak racks that are secured to the car? This is after I have been here several times with the same vehicle and setup now I'm not welcomed here really like what the heck? 2stars cause the lady let me vacuum still...shame shame shame ..

So apparently Tidal Wave decided today that my vehicle suddenly isn’t allowed through because of “aftermarket accessories.” Funny thing is… these same accessories have been on my car every single week that I’ve come through this exact wash without a single problem. Nothing about my car has changed — only their story has. Also spending $30 a wash. If you’re going to make up new rules, maybe be consistent and upfront about them instead of wasting your loyal customers’ time.
