They tell me I'm unable to wash me car here because of the kayak racks that are secured to the car? This is after I have been here several times with the same vehicle and setup now I'm not welcomed here really like what the heck? 2stars cause the lady let me vacuum still...shame shame shame ..

So apparently Tidal Wave decided today that my vehicle suddenly isn’t allowed through because of “aftermarket accessories.” Funny thing is… these same accessories have been on my car every single week that I’ve come through this exact wash without a single problem. Nothing about my car has changed — only their story has. Also spending $30 a wash. If you’re going to make up new rules, maybe be consistent and upfront about them instead of wasting your loyal customers’ time.
I have a black pickup and live on a gravel road so I am here at least once a week. All the employees I deal with are friendly and do a good job. I bring my own drying towels from home (orange, not black!) because the ones they provide are never completely dry, which is fine because I would rather use my own anyway. Of course I have a monthly subscription and I love that. I always get compliments on how nice my truck looks. Thank you.
Very quick not the best wash the back of my car was still bad but at least I have the option for free to clean it with their towels and TREVOR was awesome and so friendly
