A young man named John was manning the pre-wash and automatic portion of the car wash at the Albemarle location, all by himself one morning this past week, with many, many cars lined up waiting to be served. He never got flustered or short-changed anyone during the process, even though I'm sure he endured some negative lip service from less patient patrons. Kudos to John on his maturity and responsibility to serve all well!
Tidal Wave Aberdeen is hugely busy. Generally open on time, the highlight of the place is watching manager,Von, operate. It is terrible how customers can behave is seemingly trivial situations. Von has the perfect combination of intellect and grit to keep vehicles moving. Good place, great manager!
Good car wash, sometimes the vacuum area gets muddy and your car gets dirty as you leave but it has only happened a few times. Vacuums are good and the staff is friendly. I go once or twice a week and will continue.
