I took an admittedly very dirty car to get cleaned. I specifically asked the attendant if the car was not properly cleaned, would I be able to go through the car was a second time. His exact words were: "Yea, we'll take care of you." After going through the wash, the car was still dirty (see attached photos). When I arrived, I was planning to go straight into the car wash, but a really kind guy came over and took his time carefully removing all the bugs from my car before I went in. His name was Jovanni, and he did an amazing job getting every bug and all the little things off my car. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and great customer service.

Can’t use my membership. Can’t get a refund. The customer service lady I spoke with was very helpful and nice. The staff at the car wash were great and respectful about the situation. They went over and beyond to help me. The software/hardware system was acting up and is in need of effective user experience improvements and updated technological improvement. I don’t intend to use Tidal Wave again but I had my own experience and it shouldn’t deter you from giving them a chance.

$26 seems like a lot of money for a good wash, and that wasn't even the most expensive one. I went through once, instantly saw multiple missed spots. One of the attendants allowed me to go through a second time, telling me that's sometimes needed. I only took a picture of the hood after two washes, but the rest of the car is more of the same. I don't have all day to spend my entire afternoon running through the car wash over and over again.

I was in Albemarle on Saturday to go to Morrow Mountain. I had previously stopped at Tidal Wave in Camden, SC and had a great experience, so I decided to visit the Albemarle location to get my car washed since I was near one. They were very busy, but I specifically asked for the most basic $12 wash. Normally, I select my wash myself at the kiosk, but this time the employee had an iPad with the menu and card reader.
