I have a black pickup and live on a gravel road so I am here at least once a week. All the employees I deal with are friendly and do a good job. I bring my own drying towels from home (orange, not black!) because the ones they provide are never completely dry, which is fine because I would rather use my own anyway. Of course I have a monthly subscription and I love that. I always get compliments on how nice my truck looks. Thank you.

I was house sitting in Albemarle for a week and needed my car washed. I found this place and it was an awesome experience. To the lady taking my payment. The guys pre-washing my car. My only wish is to have Tidal Wave come to Concord NC I will definitely be back when I’m closer to Albemarle. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
My last visit Sam did a great job prepping my car. He was friendly, professional and went over and beyond the call of duty to help! He’s definitely an asset to your location!
A young man named John was manning the pre-wash and automatic portion of the car wash at the Albemarle location, all by himself one morning this past week, with many, many cars lined up waiting to be served. He never got flustered or short-changed anyone during the process, even though I'm sure he endured some negative lip service from less patient patrons. Kudos to John on his maturity and responsibility to serve all well!
