I took an admittedly very dirty car to get cleaned. I specifically asked the attendant if the car was not properly cleaned, would I be able to go through the car was a second time. His exact words were: "Yea, we'll take care of you." After going through the wash, the car was still dirty (see attached photos). When taking the car back through, there was a different attendant (only 5-10 minutes after the initial washing). This new attendant called what I assumed was a supervisor. Can’t use my membership. Can’t get a refund. The customer service lady I spoke with was very helpful and nice. The staff at the car wash were great and respectful about the situation. They went over and beyond to help me. The software/hardware system was acting up and is in need of effective user experience improvements and updated technological improvement. I don’t intend to use Tidal Wave again but I had my own experience and it shouldn’t deter you from giving them a chance.
I came in and used my gift of of $30 wash and my service was outstanding. First time I had driven through by myself and the attendant Hugh was so kind and helpful. Made my experience not stressful at all!
They used to wipe off the bugs before you go through the car wash and now they just use a brush and very lightly and very quickly give your car a touch and seems like it does nothing really. WIPE THE BUGS OFF PLEASE 🙏. Update: Went back again today 4/7 and the same thing happened again. Next time I go I will get out and show them and if the keep doing it I will just cancel my membership. You just can’t find good companies anymore, the customer service has just plummeted..
Sam at Tidal Wave Auto Spa went above and beyond! My husband had quite a mess in the truck bed—especially underneath his toolbox that had been forgotten about—and Sam took the initiative to not only clean it but actually sweep out the entire toolbox area. That level of attention to detail is rare and very much appreciated. He was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. Great job, Sam—we’ll definitely be back! 🙌
