I canceled my membership today. I use to love this place. I drive 38min one way to come here. They have hired new people that don’t do anything. Today they only wiped my window with one quick swipe and went right back to their phone. No wipe to help lift the bugs like they usually do. No swipe on the back. It was the laziest one swipe. First and last time I’m ever going to this car wash. Only redeeming part of it was the employees. Went up to the mountains for the weekend to snowboard so naturally my car was coated in salt from the roads. Took it to this “car wash” to get the salt off and it seems the only cleaning that took place was the employees spraying my car with the power washers before going through the wash. Love going to Tidal Wave in Aberdeen, Michael runs a tight ship and can always be seen interacting with customers, motivating his team and chipping in everywhere. Brian is also a great attendant, always taking care of my vehicle like it was his own, he wears a smile every day. I honestly don’t understand why they have 4.4 stars. They should seriously have 10 stars. I travel all over the country and this is by far my favorite tidal wave hands-Down! The staff is super polite, friendly and personable while remaining professional, and they have wonderful attention to detail! So much so that I get irritated at the level of care and attention that other title waves don’t have because this title wave has completely set the bar!

Hands down the best car wash in the county and surrounding counties. They take the time to brush the front and back of your car before entering the wash. Besides doing it all yourself, this automatic car wash is the best at getting your car clean. Then they have complementary vacuum and cleaning spray and towels. The deals that they have right now are great, jump on them.
