Great operations! Even when very busy, they get you in, prep your car, the washing system does a great job, and I finished up with a quick wipe down and vacuum. Can't ask for more than this! Thanks Tidal Wave Auto Spa! 🌊

The machine works well, but the employees are unreliable. Sometimes good, sometimes not there at all. After the wash, the vacuum area is frequently out of towels and windshield spray. They need to put DRY rags and window cleaner at each bay like other car washes. The place runs as of there is no one managing it. Half of the time there are no employees available to pre-wash the vehicles.

I had an amazing experience. Brian is an incredible manager and very attentive. Also, Natalie is so nice and very memorable. Give that woman a raise and promote to manager immediately! Love the staff here, definitely plan on coming back. - Alex

So much potential to be a great car wash. Unfortunately this location has gone downhill since being built. It feels like they have daily maintenance closures due to the tunnel going down. When it is working, they have only 1 or 2 attendants and are getting 1 to 2 cars through every 7-8 minutes. A couple suggestions to make the experience better. 1. The car wash itself is good. Maybe don’t try going in the morning. You never know when they’re Going to actually be open. Got there at 8:45 decided to wait until maybe nine to see if they were gonna open at 9:05 I thought someone was coming to move the cones And open up, but they were just coming to tell The recently formed line of cars behind me that they weren’t gonna be opening until 930 or 945.
