Great operations! Even when very busy, they get you in, prep your car, the washing system does a great job, and I finished up with a quick wipe down and vacuum. Can't ask for more than this! Thanks Tidal Wave Auto Spa! 🌊
Service at the Aberdeen location is great and they offer a good service. However, the corporate response if you need customer service with your monthly plan (especially cancellations) is about a 1 Star experience. Unresponsive and takes weeks to get back to you. Modern day equivalent of ‘wildcat banking’. Hard to get out if you need to. So for prospective customer just be aware that corporate will gladly take your money, the local location does a really nice job….but the corporate entity makes it painful to get account serv... read more
The machine works well, but the employees are unreliable. Sometimes good, sometimes not there at all. After the wash, the vacuum area is frequently out of towels and windshield spray. They need to put DRY rags and window cleaner at each bay like other car washes. The place runs as of there is no one managing it. Half of the time there are no employees available to pre-wash the vehicles.
I had an amazing experience. Brian is an incredible manager and very attentive. Also, Natalie is so nice and very memorable. Give that woman a raise and promote to manager immediately! Love the staff here, definitely plan on coming back. - Alex
So much potential to be a great car wash. Unfortunately this location has gone downhill since being built. It feels like they have daily maintenance closures due to the tunnel going down. When it is working, they have only 1 or 2 attendants and are getting 1 to 2 cars through every 7-8 minutes. A couple suggestions to make the experience better. 1.
