First and last time I’m ever going to this car wash. Only redeeming part of it was the employees. Went up to the mountains for the weekend to snowboard so naturally my car was coated in salt from the roads. Took it to this “car wash” to get the salt off and it seems the only cleaning that took place was the employees spraying my car with the power washers before going through the wash. Seriously THE best car wash in the area. They’re so helpful, friendly, and professional. I accidentally just left two bags of trash in the bed of my truck (mom brain) and one of the staff members removed it with a big smile on his face, ensuring it was completely ok. Three years ago, I was pregnant and my car battery died in the line, and not only did they push my car out, the manager started maintenance it right there on the spot. Cannot recommend enough! Plus, vacuums on point! 👌🏼
The machine works well, but the employees are unreliable. Sometimes good, sometimes not there at all. After the wash, the vacuum area is frequently out of towels and windshield spray. They need to put DRY rags and window cleaner at each bay like other car washes. The place runs as of there is no one managing it.
Love going to Tidal Wave in Aberdeen, Michael runs a tight ship and can always be seen interacting with customers, motivating his team and chipping in everywhere. Brian is also a great attendant, always taking care of my vehicle like it was his own, he wears a smile every day. I purchased a wash pass online and went to the carwash an hour later 9/19/2025 at about 815am. They were very busy. I scanned the barcode supplied on my new pass and it did not work. I believe they have to "activate" it there. I pressed the help button and fiddled with the kiosk for a minimum of 5 minutes with no response with no less than 10 cars stuck behind me.
