Seriously THE best car wash in the area. They’re so helpful, friendly, and professional. I accidentally just left two bags of trash in the bed of my truck (mom brain) and one of the staff members removed it with a big smile on his face, ensuring it was completely ok. Three years ago, I was pregnant and my car battery died in the line, and not only did they push my car out, the manager started maintenance it right there on the spot. Cannot recommend enough! Plus, vacuums on point! 👌🏼
I canceled my membership today. I use to love this place. I drive 38min one way to come here. They have hired new people that don’t do anything. Today they only wiped my window with one quick swipe and went right back to their phone. No wipe to help lift the bugs like they usually do. No swipe on the back. It was the laziest one swipe. First and last time I’m ever going to this car wash. Only redeeming part of it was the employees. Went up to the mountains for the weekend to snowboard so naturally my car was coated in salt from the roads. Took it to this “car wash” to get the salt off and it seems the only cleaning that took place was the employees spraying my car with the power washers before going through the wash. Love going to Tidal Wave in Aberdeen, Michael runs a tight ship and can always be seen interacting with customers, motivating his team and chipping in everywhere. Brian is also a great attendant, always taking care of my vehicle like it was his own, he wears a smile every day. Just stopped through town and was very impressed with this car wash. Did a great job cleaning my car from a road trip and they did an amazing job prepping & scrubbing my car before entering the wash. Highly recommended
