Great experience with this car wash. I drive a jeep and some washes just don’t work well. Cayden was super helpful and courteous from start to finish. Great attitude! I will definitely make this my regular automatic wash after driving on the beach!

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is easily one of the worst car washes I’ve ever used. The wash itself constantly has issues and shuts down more often than it should. The equipment after the wash — like the air guns used to dry off your car — rarely works properly either. What’s worse is the attitude. The management doesn’t seem to care as long as you keep paying. They often close earlier than they’re supposed to, and when their system goes down and you can’t use your membership, they don’t offer any kind of refund or discount. You’re j... read more
