Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hands-down the best car wash experience I’ve ever had! The staff is friendly, the process is super quick, and my vehicle always comes out looking like new. I love how efficient the whole setup is from the easy to use payment kiosks to the powerful wash and dry cycle. The free vacuums are a huge bonus, and everything is always clean and well-maintained. It’s obvious they take pride in their service. Highly recommend if you want your car shining like new without the hassle!

Cool new car wash. Friendly staff. And the car detail and vacuum area in the SHADE 😎 is a Great Touch 👍. Every machine worked fine and did an excellent job on my daughter's car. Thanks Tidal Wave..

I've been to just about every car wash around wilmington. And this is the best one that I have found that actually cleans your car and your wheels!!!! Andy staff members are very friendly and helpful in any way that you would need help with. Luke 6:31 >

Five stars. If I could give six, I would—this automatic car wash is pure magic. It whisked my car through its foamy tunnel in under five minutes and emerged sparkling clean with zero effort on my part. The suds scrubbed away every bug and smudge, and the drying jets left no streaks. Fast, friendly, and oddly fun—my car and I both feel like new. Highly recommend!

The staff are really nice and it’s a clean facility. Vacuums work well, they supply microfiber towels and cleaner. No scratches from the wash on my vehicle.
