I originally just pulled in because I wanted to get a quick car wash. But the friendly face that was at the entrance explaining to me all that I can get by buying a monthly membership sold me immediately! Not only was she knowledgeable of the packages and explaining everything to me. She also took care of entering an all information and taking payment. She then explained to me everything that I can do while I’m here as far as cleaning my car inside and out. More businesses should have a friendly face like that greeting you. ... read more

I was having a great experience with Tidal Wave until today. I canceled my membership last Saturday because I got truck racks last month. When I canceled, I was told by the attendant that I could still get washes till next Saturday (6/7). I proceeded to take my racks off the truck this morning and on getting to the car wash, the gate wouldn't open. It was the same attendant and he said, "Oh, I meant last week that you could come through UNTIL the 7th, not through the 7th." I ended up only getting 1 wash this month and paid $... read more
This is my absolute go to carwash. I have the unlimited $30 package. Trust me when I tell you Im getting my monies worth. I only work down the street and will come multiple times during the week on my lunch break. The staff is always AMAZING and very helpful.!.!.!. Keep up the good work and amazing smiles. Hard to explain this, but this was the best car wash that I've gotten from one of these automated systems. Drove from Atlanta to Wilmington with tons of bug and road debris and one pass-through got it all off. Very happy
