If you're looking for a place to get a car wash then Tidal Wave Auto Spa & Car Wash is the place to go. We live in North Metro Atlanta and have several of these around our house so we signed up with a monthly subscription. Well worth the investment. What's nice for us is coming to Hampstead and being able to pull through this car wash at no additional charge because of our subscription. Luis and his team at Tidal Wave in Surf City are fantastic. Not only do you get an outstanding car wash, the team members provide superior customer service. One example: I lost my special hitch cover and wondered where. When I went back for my next car wash I asked and they had it for me. Great wash and great people!!!
Shout out to Gavin he went above and beyond on my Golf to ensure it stays clean! Very impressed with their positive attitude while performing a tough job!! The team there is awesome they are very nice and friendly. The Owner Luis was also an amazing person to talk to and made sure my car was perfect. This place is amazing and the best wash around. Great wash the guys here scrubbed my car for 10mins to get all the bugs off great service couldn’t ask for a better job
Broke off my non-collapsible truck antenna. Noticed abrasions and small scratches (not to the clear coat) on rear quarter panels. I have no expectation of reparations, so this is me sticking it to the man. Won’t go back.
