Wonderful experience! Highly recommend! The added pre-washing made a big difference and thoroughly cleaned all of the post roadtrip yuck off of my car! Free vacuuming and interior cleaning accessories are a huge bonus. Definitely give this place a try!

I came through the wash today and Landon did an excellent job of cleaning my car. He made sure my wheel wells were spotless, and that my windshield was clean! I will definitely recommend this wash to anyone.

A huge shout out to Mike! He is awesome! We lost our keys and he took the time to look thru the trash cans to find going over and beyond the call of duty!. A+++ customer service! Thank you Mike- amazing car wash!

Great customer service from Mike and staff for explaining the different car wash options and eliminating bugs along the front of our car. Does Tidal Wave have any locations near Moore County, NC, such as Southern Pines or Carthage? Thanks

I had one of the worst experiences going through this car wash. I check my tires regularly and somehow during the car wash it had popped both of my back tires. They honestly need to fix something because this is not okay. I can’t imagine how many people have gone through and it had damaged their tires. Tidal wave y’all need to do better.
