I bought a monthly pass. First time through, my car was left with steaks of dirt and no undercarriage cleaning. When through a second time. Told employee that was doing the scrubbing that the car did not get clean. Ran me through again. Still not clean and no undercarriage. Called office and was told that someone would call me. It has now been 10 days and 2 phone calls. Cancelled my plan.
Unbelievable Every time I go in I get blocked, Even though I paid in full I have two cars, one Toyota and one Mercedes-Benz, paid in full, both cars with the same name and card, but every time I go in I get blocked, Unbelievable, 30 minutes and still can't get in.
The website says that you guys open at 8am. Myself and 2 other cars were waiting at 8:30 and still the car wash was not running and cones still blocked the entrance. Workers could be seen walking around. If the car wash doesn't open at 8am, I kindly ask that you update your opening hours on your website. Thank you! EDIT: Apparently, there was an issue with the washers the morning I was there. It would have been a great idea to have one of the employees informing the customers of the situation.
I wish I knew individual names to give them each the credit they deserve. Every single staff member I have had the pleasure to see working are great at what they do! All around friendly, hard working staff!
Nice setup, cleaned my car good but 30.00 was little steep for the big wash
