I just got my car cleaned and paid for their full service which was over $50 and I couldn’t believe how dirty it still was inside when I got back in. The dashboard, doors, cup holders, seats and floor were as if they didn’t even touch them. Photos are added below and these are just a few of them. Extremely poor quality!
We took our rather dirty van to the Tidal Wave today. I was not impressed. We got the 30$ Graph-X4 wash through a promo. We did tip the guy that sent us through the wash. It is not NOT worth the 30$. It may be great if your car is pretty clean when you send it through. It was a cool experience but if paying for a wash I expect a clean vehicle. The wheels were cleaner but not what I was expecting. Here are some after pictures. It does look better than before but it had dirty spots when I left.
We have traveled across the US and Tidal Wave is the BEST car wash around! I’m partial to the one in Kernersville because they always have supplies available, the staff is friendly and helpful and the location is convenient! I’ve read other reviews and people have to realize that no car wash is absolutely perfect for every type of vehicle (jeeps can be more difficult because they’re upright and a box, Mazda cx5s will be spotless, because they’re slanted enough that every brush will hit every surface etc). When they're open it's wonderful - I had to drive all the way from Greensboro (since they were closed) and to the Kernersville location... and thankfully they were not closed again so I was able to wash my car before meeting up with a small business owner for marketing their business. Love when they are open and the black towels are available.
stopped by Tidal Wave Auto Spa for a basic wash and was super impressed with the service. Right after the wash, Owen came running over and did an excellent job drying off my car by hand. He was quick, efficient, and really paid attention to detail. It’s rare to see that kind of effort for a basic wash! Definitely appreciated the extra care — I’ll be coming
