We took our rather dirty van to the Tidal Wave today. I was not impressed. We got the 30$ Graph-X4 wash through a promo. We did tip the guy that sent us through the wash. It is not NOT worth the 30$. It may be great if your car is pretty clean when you send it through. It was a cool experience but if paying for a wash I expect a clean vehicle. The wheels were cleaner but not what I was expecting. Here are some after pictures. It does look better than before but it had dirty spots when I left.

Don't waste your money, $30 + for nothing. My car was just as dirty as it was before the wash, had bugs & dirt still on it. Loads of soap but hardly any rinse, there was still soap all over my car when it got to the dryer. If you want to flush money away & ruin your auto's finish in the process, just run it through this place.

I visited the tidal wave auto spa in Kernersville, NC today after someone started ketchup on my vehicle. Not a happy experience. When I pulled on, I was met by Spencer. I explained that I was a new customer and really didn't know what I was doing. Spencer was very kind and explained each different level to me. I actually signed up for one of the monthly programs. Spencer is an excellent asset for your company. He is polite, friendly and informed on your product. You gained a monthly customer tonight because of Spencer.
