I visited the tidal wave auto spa in Kernersville, NC today after someone started ketchup on my vehicle. Not a happy experience. When I pulled on, I was met by Spencer. I explained that I was a new customer and really didn't know what I was doing. Spencer was very kind and explained each different level to me. I actually signed up for one of the monthly programs. Spencer is an excellent asset for your company. He is polite, friendly and informed on your product. You gained a monthly customer tonight because of Spencer.
Peyton did an amazing job on my car! Super professional, fast, and the attention to detail was crazy good. My car looks brand new inside and out. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work. Definitely recommending him to everyone and I’ll be coming back for sure
Very sad to say that when I was at Tidal Wave this morning that a hydraulic line busted and sprayed several cars with hydraulic fluid. Mine must have been near then end as I only had a minimal amount on my truck. It still took an additional 30 minutes to clean up the mess. Several cars behind me were completely covered. A senior citizen asked to speak with the manager. She explained what happened and he recommended that she go to a different car wash or go home and wash her car with Dawn. Most of these car washes are really nice and do a good job. This one just seems dated and doesn't do as good of a job as other locations. Even the staff seem to hate there job and don't care to put forth any effort.
We took our rather dirty van to the Tidal Wave today. I was not impressed. We got the 30$ Graph-X4 wash through a promo. We did tip the guy that sent us through the wash. It is not NOT worth the 30$. It may be great if your car is pretty clean when you send it through. It was a cool experience but if paying for a wash I expect a clean vehicle. The wheels were cleaner but not what I was expecting. Here are some after pictures. It does look better than before but it had dirty spots when I left.
