Didn’t get the front and rear of my Land Cruiser clean despite the very rough brushing and very heavy spray. Blew my mirrors backwards. Almost blew my wipers off. Charged tax on charge when the car wash on the other side of interstate included tax in charge. Not ready for prime time.
I really liked how this car wash place had memberships and LOVED the free vacuum at the end, but I ended my membership as soon as it ripped part of my side mirror off. They had my missing part , the response I got was just “sorry about that”. What?? Safe to say I will not be back, which is unfortunate because they really did have a great set up here. I wish I could’ve used my membership more than three times.
Stopped there today and Dom and his staff were very professional and hard working. My truck was cleaned better than it’s ever been. Thank you Dom and the staff at Tidal Wave Auto Spa
Such an amazing place. The workers are absolutely amazing especially Tyreke (I don't know if that's how you spell his name) but he's not only amazing with the customers but he treats the kids that come through like his own! My kids and i absolutely love and adore him 🩷 Thank you for being such an amazing and kind person 💜
All the workers there always has a happy face And Tyreek is not only nice to the customers. He’s very good with the kids. I don’t know if that’s really how you spell his name, but I did my best I will definitely recommend others to the car wash ❤️
