Well I went thru there last night . There were no attendants outside so I went in the track . The two working was gentleman and a chick they acted very rude . I had a membership there and after yesterday I cancelled last night and remove the sticker . I have to admit the few times I went thru and came out the vehicle was clean and shiny . So I would not advise anyone to go there bc the employees treat u like shit , there were some that r nice . Take advice if u want too be treated like a child and talked to a chick !! The manager is an extreme JERK. He openly admitted that there was a malfunction with the buffer at the end of the carwash that was causing damages and scratches to vehicles and that "they fixed the issue" and admitted that that is what caused a large scratch across the top of my brand new 4Runner. I understand that carwashes that are not "touchless" have a great potential to scratch up your car, but for it being new I thought I'd give it a chance. For $30 I’d expect my vehicle to be clean when it went through the wash. It was not. The whole front of my wife’s Tahoe was just as dirty as it was before. I’ll have to stop at another car wash on the way home and wash it again.
