Paid to have my car washed and the interior cleaned. It had been awhile since my car was washed. So I paid extra for the additional service. Once side was vacuumed pretty good. But the other side was not vacuumed well at all. Also, I have a suv and the roof did not get washed good at all. The wash left dirt streaks on the roof. I have gone to another location and they did a great job.
Great customer service, BUT….the equipment messed my vehicle up. Haven’t had it for a full year yet, and this is the first and only place I’ve cleaned it. My antenna is gone, there are dings and scratches, and it leaves droplets that don’t wipe off on my windshield.
First visit was amazing Noah is putting in work out here!! I am editing this review for my second time visiting this location. Today’s experience at Tidal Wave was incredibly disappointing and concerning. The car wash wasn’t that busy, and instead of properly spacing vehicles, they crammed everyone through the tunnel too quickly. As a result, the car two ahead of us didn’t have time to pull off, causing a chain reaction accident — the car in front of us hit them, slammed on the brakes, and we ended up hitting them as well.... read more

Today I went through the wash and noticed they didn’t send me through the top package that I paid for as only one light lit up. I addressed it with someone on site who ran me through again, they were kind, however I still don’t believe I had the right package the second time. Normally there are pretty big differences like with bug repellent spray you can kind of smell it or during the wash, since you have an upgraded feature, it might pause in a couple of spots to add the additional perks but no, even the second time I went ... read more
