WORST‼️‼️Worst experience ever. We were waiting on the line for about 45 minutes and still we didn't get a proper service or response. We came near the payment gate and the guy turned off the machine and said it was not working. But it was working for the previous car. We asked that guy to open the gate so that we can exit without service but still he said he couldn't. This place is absolutely amazing. The assistant manager Ed made me feel like family!!! He explained every need concerning my vehicle without me asking and the service was absolutely stunning! Fairly good carwash facility. Quick in and out. Vacuuming and Towels with Glass cleaner available. Also, full upgrade services available like; detail wax jobs, tires cleaned, etc. The location is good. Right near Palladium Mall. Their monthly plans only gives you the location you signed up at. I prefer MOD's Car Wash company!. Any of their monthly plans covers ALL THEIR LOCATIONS! State to State; where ever they are!
