WORST‼️‼️Worst experience ever. We were waiting on the line for about 45 minutes and still we didn't get a proper service or response. We came near the payment gate and the guy turned off the machine and said it was not working. But it was working for the previous car. We asked that guy to open the gate so that we can exit without service but still he said he couldn't. This place is absolutely amazing. The assistant manager Ed made me feel like family!!! He explained every need concerning my vehicle without me asking and the service was absolutely stunning! Because of his customer service as well as the team I am a customer forever . If anyone needs their vehicle and the excellent treatment from a place I will advise you to come here. Thanks Ed
The parking spots are spacious and the staff is super friendly. I was cleaning my car and Rock came and offered to help which was super helpful considering I had a huge mess in my toddler’s seat. He was so sweet! The facility is clean and I’ll always use this location to clean my car.
Had an outstanding experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa today, thanks to my Main Man Rock! He went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. Rock was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. He paid attention to every detail and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. Fairly good carwash facility. Quick in and out. Vacuuming and Towels with Glass cleaner available. Also, full upgrade services available like; detail wax jobs, tires cleaned, etc. The location is good. Right near Palladium Mall. Their monthly plans only gives you the location you signed up at. I prefer MOD's Car Wash company!. Any of their monthly plans covers ALL THEIR LOCATIONS! State to State; where ever they are!
