WORST‼️‼️Worst experience ever. We were waiting on the line for about 45 minutes and still we didn't get a proper service or response. We came near the payment gate and the guy turned off the machine and said it was not working. But it was working for the previous car. We asked that guy to open the gate so that we can exit without service but still he said he couldn't. I paid for the car wash service online and the girls who were supposed to be working were socializing amongst each other. I was in the membership line and was being ignored. When it was my turn, the girls had no idea what they were doing. They had to call a manager. The manager was pressing buttons on her tablet and said I had to wait an hour before my online purchase went through. According to my bank statement, they were quick to take my money! Worst Customer Service and always long lines to enter. Today while I was on the club members line I had a car in front which was taking more than 20min to enter while driver I guess was discussing prices with the guy in charge on the lines, the non members line was too long then I decided to skip the line and go straight inside, i thought they could scan my sticker with their mobile device. Paid to have my car washed and the interior cleaned. It had been awhile since my car was washed. So I paid extra for the additional service. Once side was vacuumed pretty good. But the other side was not vacuumed well at all. Also, I have a suv and the roof did not get washed good at all. The wash left dirt streaks on the roof. I have gone to another location and they did a great job.
