Ed the assistant manager was super he had great customer service and was wearing several hats the day that I had my car washed. I do feel that you could use more folks to do the cleaning after the wash I have found you only have 1 person doing the job. Some of your employees could be more attentive to their job by staying off the phone and if a friend walks up they stop to carry on a conversation. Overall you do a good job.
I had an excellent experience with the car wash team, and I especially want to recognize Rocky for his outstanding work. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Rocky was extremely professional, attentive, and clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does. He paid close attention to every detail , inside and out. I had a 10 star experience at Tidal today because of Rock. Super friendly and efficient, he made my Charger look brand new! He took a lot of pride in his work and did it while having a friendly conversation without missing a beat. My ride looks amazing and I left with a smile from talking to a good person. 10 out of 10!
I couldn't be more happier than ever with my experience here at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! The service was phenomenal! The attendant at the gate was very welcoming, courteous, polite and helped me with my wash selection. Before sending my vehicle through the carwash tunnel, the attendant prepping my vehicle, made sure that everything was catered according to my satisfaction and liking. WORST‼️‼️Worst experience ever. We were waiting on the line for about 45 minutes and still we didn't get a proper service or response. We came near the payment gate and the guy turned off the machine and said it was not working. But it was working for the previous car. We asked that guy to open the gate so that we can exit without service but still he said he couldn't.
