WORST‼️‼️Worst experience ever. We were waiting on the line for about 45 minutes and still we didn't get a proper service or response. We came near the payment gate and the guy turned off the machine and said it was not working. But it was working for the previous car. We asked that guy to open the gate so that we can exit without service but still he said he couldn't. If you are working in a place how can you not know how to operate or repair that machine or gate or whatsoever? It was already past lunch we have our diabetic... read more
Always a great experience here. All of the staff are helpful. If you ever can, shake Ed's hand or tell him, "Hello". He's attentive to the customers, knowledgeable, and fair. I believe he promotes the best practices to everyone he oversees. Can't think of a better man to run that place. Good job, Ed and keep it up team!
Noah and Rock have excellent customer service! Rock saw me scrubbing my car after my wash (I park under a tree and cedar is always on it) and he walked over and offered to help me clean it. He was able to get all of it off. Very pleased with the service here. Noah informed me of a great deal! Thank you, Noah!
This place is absolutely amazing. The assistant manager Ed made me feel like family!!! He explained every need concerning my vehicle without me asking and the service was absolutely stunning! Because of his customer service as well as the team I am a customer forever . If anyone needs their vehicle and the excellent treatment from a place I will advise you to come here. Thanks Ed
Micaiah was an example of great customer service. He went above and beyond. He did an excellent job on the exterior of my car. When I asked if he could take a tip, he replied honestly that he does buy would share it with others. This is the kind of service I come back to again and again; honesty and customer service!
