WORST‼️‼️Worst experience ever. We were waiting on the line for about 45 minutes and still we didn't get a proper service or response. We came near the payment gate and the guy turned off the machine and said it was not working. But it was working for the previous car. We asked that guy to open the gate so that we can exit without service but still he said he couldn't. I had an amazing experience at this car wash! Special shout-out to Rock!! he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!
Paid to have my car washed and the interior cleaned. It had been awhile since my car was washed. So I paid extra for the additional service. Once side was vacuumed pretty good. But the other side was not vacuumed well at all. Also, I have a suv and the roof did not get washed good at all. The wash left dirt streaks on the roof. I have gone to another location and they did a great job.
We love the Tidal Wave team. Thank you to Rock! He got the car looking extra fresh today. ❄️ Look at that shine.
I went in for just a car wash today, but I got more than that through the great Customer Service of Aiden at the High Point Brian Jordan place location in High Point, North Carolina. He was so courteous and kind. That is so unusual these days, especially from a young man like he is. I so appreciate The advice he gave me, and I signed up for the monthly service even though I didn’t go in to do that. He is an exceptional employee. I’m sure so I hope you will hang onto him for as long as you can.
