There was another car wash chain down South that had this concept. They wash and then you use their free vacuums. I went there once and it was ridiculously expensive. So I pulled up and asked the friendly attendant what their cheapest wash package was. He said $12. So I did it. The ride through was good and decent. When I pulled over to inside area is when I was really impressed. The vacuum is amazingly strong and the compressed air gun for getting the crevices was fantastic. **Disappointing Experience with Damage Claim** I'm writing to share my recent experience at Tidalwave Auto Spa on Emily Drive in Clarksburg, WV. During a car wash visit, my wife's passenger side mirror was damaged and torn off during the wash cycle. Initially, the management seemed helpful - they acknowledged they had video footage of the incident and instructed us to obtain two repair quotes, stating they would handle the damage. Was an absolute waste of money. Paid $30 for the best plan they had and it did not clean my vehicle. There is still mud and dirt everywhere, and the spinning brushes made marks all down the side of my vehicle. On a black truck might I add. Very disappointed and will NEVER go back.!
1st time here great job, great staff and I’m definitely going to order the package once I bring my other vehicle there since it did a fabulous job! Just wish I would’ve got a before picture because you would’ve seen it did a great job.
I went to the car wash on Aug 2 to get my car washed and came out without a side mirror. They told me to get estimates and get back with them. They called me on August 18 to tell me they would not be replacing my mirror because it looked like there was previous damage. I have had my car for 8 years and never had anything wrong with the mirror. I dont know about prior to my purchase but if I go in with a mirror and come out without, Im sorry REPLACE THE MIRROR !!!!!
