The young men are always helpful and do a good job prepping my car to go through the wash. I’m super pleased with my auto wash plan so that I can go through whenever I am in Bridgeport. This location keeps their equipment up and it’s consistently very good. They guys and gals are doing a good job.

I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Clarksburg! Logan was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. He explained everything clearly, had a great attitude, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. My car came out looking amazing, and I’ll definitely be back. My husband & I love Tidal Wave! We go through the car wash every time we’re in town. The employees are great & Logan was really helpful getting our membership reinstated.

I frequently attend this car wash and have had no major issues. I want to mention an employee that went out of their way to provide exceptional service, Logan. He was very attentive when keeping the vacuum areas clean. He also took time to introduce himself and ask if I needed any assistance.
