I had an amazing experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Clarksburg! The wash was quick, thorough, and my car has never looked better. I especially want to give a shout-out to Kara Parsons, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole visit feel genuinely welcoming. Highly recommend this location—great service, great results, and outstanding staff like Kara who make all the difference!
There was another car wash chain down South that had this concept. They wash and then you use their free vacuums. I went there once and it was ridiculously expensive. So I pulled up and asked the friendly attendant what their cheapest wash package was. He said $12. So I did it. The ride through was good and decent. When I pulled over to inside area is when I was really impressed. The vacuum is amazingly strong and the compressed air gun for getting the crevices was fantastic. Stopped in to have a quick interior clean out (vacuuming mainly) was waited on a very enthusiastic and friendly employee (Cole) that helped me out with the cleaning and gave great advice on some small upkeep as well (cleaners and such). Not too many employees take the time to make small conversation anymore. If I make my way back I’ll be sure to ask for Cole again. Thanks Tidal Wave 🌊
Can still see dirty / grime spots without even getting out of the truck. These other truck reviews probably never touched a dirt road and are garaged. Maybe for a quick clean but wouldn't come here for a good cleaning. Updated to one star after getting home and seeing the complete picture.
Kara was super nice and did an amazing job! She really made sure my car was super clean and even offered to wash my floor Mats! Keep up the great work girl!!
