The staff is always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and they make every visit a great experience. The wash itself is quick, easy, and always leaves my car looking spotless. I truly appreciate the consistency and excellent customer service they provide—it’s what keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!
I love this place. It is always a in, and out. I pay for the monthly package for my truck, and work van. They both always look good when I am done drying the little bit that the blowers don’t get.
Brought my truck here after a week workin in the fields an it was cover in dirt an mud. The crew wash it up real good, shine like new, windows clear an tires look sharp too. Inside they vacuum strong, no straw or dust left behind. Price was fair, service was quick, an folks was friendly, I’ll be back when my rig get dirty again.
Tidal Wave in Staunton has the friendliest staff. Mark and Nick have been around since the beginning, and they’ve kept this place in pristine shape. Pricing is incredibly reasonable especially if you sign up as a member! Thanks for all you do in our community!
Love Tidal Wave car washes! This particular location is located on the top of a small hill and is somewhat tight for maneuvering around but overall a great facility, nice vacuums plenty of towels out for interior cleaning. Friendly and professional staff.
