Yes, its a automatic car wash on a track. Generally speaking, I would prefer to wash my cars myself or at a wash bay. $12 one time basic car wash. $29.97 basic monthly package. Its a real tight left turn getting into the actual wash area. Expensive but convenient.

Giving the additional star only for the vacuum area set up. This car wash disappoints me every time I go. Two weeks ago, I purchased the $30 wash with all the extras. When I left the wash and parked to vacuum, I realized the front grille was still covered in dirt and dust. After speaking with an associate, I was told I could go through the wash again. Tidal wave is one of the best express car washes in Staunton, Coastas helped me set up a monthly membership and with it, I’ve kept my car clean since I’ve started it.

Out of all the Tidal Wave Autospas that I have reviewed, this is the first one that doesn't get 5 stars. We arrived at 10 minutes till 8:00, which is the time it was supposed to open. It was 8:15 before a worker moved the cones and we were allowed in. When we pulled up to the entrance to the door of the actual car wash, they had a blue cone still sitting in front of where your tire goes into to keep you straight during the wash. My experience at tidal wave was great! When I pulled up Nick helped me make sure I was getting the wash that my car definitely needed. He was knowledgeable and super helpful all around. Definitely would return.
