Love Tidal Wave car washes! This particular location is located on the top of a small hill and is somewhat tight for maneuvering around but overall a great facility, nice vacuums plenty of towels out for interior cleaning. Friendly and professional staff.
These guys are awesome! I’ve washed a few times. Nick & Gavin were working the last time I came in and were very busy but still professional! They are probably the two best guys up there! My car was sparkling and my tires looked great. The vacuum was clogged up and Nick came over and fixed it for me promptly and apologised for it being clogged even though it wasn’t his fault! 10/10 recommend. Love this is place!
The car wash did not clean the top of the car, I told the Manager on duty and he said “ it did the job for the pollen buildup that was on the vehicle. Thanks but no thanks for the money paid at this car wash. I will not be back

Absolutely DO NOT go to this car wash!!! Came out of the car wash with all 4 tires damaged. They sent us over to the Firestone next door and had them replace all the valves the machine had tore off. Drove out and the driver side tire deflated again. The Firestone tech said the tire was damaged since it was the leading tire into the car wash and the rim also had damage, to go back to the car wash and tell them. Went back and spoke with the Mgr on duty and he said they couldn't do anything about it they are not responsible for... read more
