I had an outstanding experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Waynesboro. From the moment I pulled up, Brayden, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I usually go in the morning before work. Fast service and membership makes it worth while to go more often. I have the graphx4 because my white car is a dirt magnet. The staff is always pleasant and the new girl is nice too.
I have used tidal waves all over VA all the way to omaha, NE and never recieved such a poor wash. The wheels were done as good as you can get from a automatic car was however the reminder of the car was unclean and honestly didnt do anything.
The wash and vacuum areas are very nice. However, access is a ZERO. The only way in is to access going west-bound on Rosser Ave. If you are traveling east, trying to access it with the No U-turns is crazy. There is a nice access on the back side but it is blocked??? Doesn’t make any sense!
Plenty of space. Reasonable vacuums and free use of shammies/spray. Don’t buy anything but the most basic wash - they don’t seem to do anything different if you get the higher service ones. Tried to get the one with tires washed, etc. none of that happened and they only scrubbed the windshield. Plenty of bugs still on. Still overall better than some places.
