I have a nice truck and trust Tidal Wave to help me keep it clean. I love the way they take the time to remove the bugs off my grill, hood, windows, and mirrors during the pre-clean process. The car wash itself is awesome. They keep cleaner and rags well stocked and available. Always a great job at a great price.

I have used tidal waves all over VA all the way to omaha, NE and never recieved such a poor wash. The wheels were done as good as you can get from a automatic car was however the reminder of the car was unclean and honestly didnt do anything.

I have always driven a company car, so I haven't been to a car wash in years. I retired in May and bought a new Mercedes. I discovered Tidal wave, and became a member. 100% pleased

First time going to Tidal Wave in Waynesboro. Very disappointed in the results. Opted for the $30 Graph-X4. This should be the best they can do right? Well as others have said. Still lots of dirt and debris on the truck after running through. I had to spend about 15 to 20 at the vacuum station with the rags and spray (thankful they have this) to get everything the automatic missed. The tires were the worst part. This place saves me so much time. The line is efficient, car wash is done well, and there are multiple options to choose from. Also, the staff is extremely friendly! Happy to have a membership here.
