My truck is typically pretty clean when I come out, however, I have two issues. 1. The gentleman with a full red beard who does the pre-scrub for the windshield is very sloppy. He doesn’t actually try to wash bugs off the windshield or mirrors. He just hits them with his brush. 2. I drive a full-size truck and the rollers pushing the vehicle through the tunnel usually reset 2 to 3 times which leaves my vehicle stopped. We moved to the area from the deep south, so we purchased a membership so that we could have the road salt washed off and underneath our vehicles frequently. We have been enjoying going through the car wash as often as needed for a monthly price and being able to keep our vehicles clean. The vacuums work well and spray cleaner and clean cloths are available to be able to do the interior, too.

I’ve been a long time customer and never really had an issue until the last 2 times I went in, they gave me the basic wash even though for over a year I’ve been paying a middle grade wash. Their in site personnel did nothing to try to resolve and when you call the main office they push you back to the actual location saying they can’t help you and no supervisors are available. I’m glad I got out of there when I did , just imagine something happening to your car, they will be of no help.

Exceptional Service Recovery, Disappointing Consistency I typically hand-wash my own vehicles—my friends even poke fun at me for occasionally using the "wussy wash"—but I decided to pay for the top-tier Graph-X4 treatment specifically to ensure all the corrosive road salt and snow treatments were thoroughly blasted away. I have a nice truck and trust Tidal Wave to help me keep it clean. I love the way they take the time to remove the bugs off my grill, hood, windows, and mirrors during the pre-clean process. The car wash itself is awesome. They keep cleaner and rags well stocked and available. Always a great job at a great price.
