First time going to Tidal Wave in Waynesboro. Very disappointed in the results. Opted for the $30 Graph-X4. This should be the best they can do right? Well as others have said. Still lots of dirt and debris on the truck after running through. I had to spend about 15 to 20 at the vacuum station with the rags and spray (thankful they have this) to get everything the automatic missed. The tires were the worst part. Tidal Wave is a fantastic car wash. I have 4 cars under the monthly family plan, going there as much as you like per month is great! The equipment does the best job I have seen with the various wash options and the staff is very friendly, they always welcome you back and wish you a good day. The vacuum and dry down areas are always well equipped with very good equipment and supplies. The manager Bill is very professional and accomodating, they have more than earned my business.
My favorite car wash!! Everyone was very helpful and my car came out looking brand new. The employees went above and beyond to make sure my car was spotless. The membership is worth it! It’s a super convenient location as well- I can grab my Starbucks, get a car wash, then go get gas while staying in a half a mile. Thanks Tidal Wave!
I pay for a monthly subscription. It's a decent value if used daily. That being said, it's also not cheap. As thorough as the car wash is, it still leaves a lot of missed spots. The tire shine gets all over my car (it's a dark liquid) unless I get out every time and wipe the wheels down. These things are not terrible and I still feel that it's a decent car wash. The best in town, at least. It's also nice that I can go to any other location and use my pass.
I didnt think I would like it but I absolutely love it. I can pull thru and get my car washed anytime. The vacuums have great suction. It gets my car sparkling and for a decent price monthly. I've even taken my other cars through on a one time price and it's well worth it. Better than any car wash around.
