I was told today this was to muddy on my truck That it would take to long to clean. The photos show I have tiny dirt spots and a little mud splatter from a small mud puddle. How is this to muddy? The employees were lazy. Don't go to this place! They refused me service!
Love this place! The team is always so friendly, with great attention to detail during the pre-wash process. I especially appreciate that they spray down my floor mats—such a thoughtful touch. The cleaning supplies are always well stocked, and I’ve rarely seen a vacuum out of order for long. This team truly deserves more than 5 stars for consistently delivering high-quality service!
Sunday morning first thing, no line to wait in, can park in front, plenty of towels to dry my vehicle and vacuum worked great! 1 year prior, my review was, Where are and or were the towels??? Had to ask another customer where were the towels, he pointed me in the direction of a towel hanging in another station that I saw prior to asking the customer that question. You can pay $26 for an upgraded wash that lasts maybe one minute. There is no soaking, and the dryer is about 20 seconds. The attendant (a bit moody) told me that if my car wasn't clean, I could not go through it again. There were areas on my white car that were not fully clean. After the wash, there is a covered area with vacuums and glass cleaner and rags. I finished cleaning my car there.
Not ranking the wash or vacuums, but the fake bleach blonde attendant with clear rimmed glasses. This kid gave so much attitude when asked a simple question. Smirked, twisted his face, put his head down, all on his way to me when I asked him to come over. Just in front of the wash I doubt he wanted me to park my car in the way and walk towards the open wash, well maybe that is what he wanted as asking him to come over to help a patron was way too much to ask.
