I was told today this was to muddy on my truck That it would take to long to clean. The photos show I have tiny dirt spots and a little mud splatter from a small mud puddle. How is this to muddy? The employees were lazy. Don't go to this place! They refused me service!

Sunday morning first thing, no line to wait in, can park in front, plenty of towels to dry my vehicle and vacuum worked great! 1 year prior, my review was, Where are and or were the towels??? Had to ask another customer where were the towels, he pointed me in the direction of a towel hanging in another station that I saw prior to asking the customer that question. Great place to get the car washed. Would and have recommend to those in Williamsburg and Gloucester. I recently canceled my monthly subscription because of limited locations and I got tired of cleaning my wheels myself in the heat and cold. If it weren’t for that I would stay.

Mike C at Tidal Wave Car Wash in Williamsburg is a superstar! He went above and beyond to make sure my car was spotless inside and out, with a friendly attitude that made the whole experience enjoyable. Best car wash service I’ve had—5 stars all the way!

Peter was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my car was scrubbed before entering the machine wash. His energy and positive vibe was amazing!
