Don't go here, they will refuse service! I would have liked to make a review on the actual car wash but unfortunately I cannot because I wasn't even allowed in. The employee asked if I could take my Thule racks off (see photos). These racks are not easy to take on and off. I had no other items attached to these racks. If you own Thule products you know that you leave them on and use them as needed as they are multipurpose for kayaks, carriers and etc. I work and live full time on the road in my RV. Car wash works pretty good. I drove a couple hundred miles over the weekend and got some bugs on the front of the vehicle. The car wash itself removed the majority of splats. Tidal Wave has vacuums set up to use after the car wash along with glass/surface cleaner with lint free towels. I used the glass cleaner and removed the last few spots off the windshield that the wash missed. All in all, took 5-10 minutes.

Meh, it's not the best automated car wash especially for the price but they make up for it with really good vacuumes, clothes and spray. If you use this carwash to maintain a generally clean car you are probably fine. However if you are an infrequent user and being it in fairly dirty, it's not great. You will be spending time with the complemtary clothes getting all the bugs and hard to reach spots clean. There are better options in town but I suppose if I am in this immediate area and have time to kill, this will do.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I have been a loyal customer of this location for over a year, and this experience has been extremely disappointing. Immediately after going through the wash, I noticed a scratch on my driver’s side door handle that was not there before. I reported the issue, submitted photos, and followed the claims process as instructed. I was told that someone would contact me, but nobody ever called or emailed me. Great place to get the car washed. Would and have recommend to those in Williamsburg and Gloucester. I recently canceled my monthly subscription because of limited locations and I got tired of cleaning my wheels myself in the heat and cold. If it weren’t for that I would stay.
