I’ve seen many managers run through this location but Andrew is the best manager I’ve come across! His team provides outstanding service and you get a perfect wash every time! The site itself is A+ on cleanliness and all the employees are wonderful in terms of customer service. Andrew never fails to do his best to make sure all his customers are satisfied and goes above and beyond the Tidal Wave expectations.
I am writing this review to warn current and potential customers of the manager, Andrew, at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Chesapeake Square. My husband and I have been consistent customers at Tidal Wave Auto Spa for the past two years with no incidents or problems whatsoever. I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience at this car wash. The service was efficient, the results were fantastic, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. Best Car Wash ever! The attendants were super nice! Andrew, the manager at this location, was very helpful! Situations happen and he dealt with it very respectfully.
My first experience with Tidal Wave Auto Spa was pretty good especially for the price. My most recent visit not so. The customer service is awesome though the machine washing the vehicle is lacking to say the least. I had more dirty spots all over my vehicle. Also the vaccum cleaner closest to the exit of the cleaning facility wasn't working. I guess I expected better cleaning/washing for 30 bucks.
