I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience at this car wash. The service was efficient, the results were fantastic, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. My first experience with Tidal Wave Auto Spa was pretty good especially for the price. My most recent visit not so. The customer service is awesome though the machine washing the vehicle is lacking to say the least. I had more dirty spots all over my vehicle. Also the vaccum cleaner closest to the exit of the cleaning facility wasn't working. I guess I expected better cleaning/washing for 30 bucks.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash a few days ago! The attendant, Alex, was super helpful in guiding me to pick the perfect wash for my car. He explained the options clearly and made the process quick and easy. My car came out looking spotless — shiny, clean, and better than I expected. Great customer service and great results — I’ll definitely be coming back!
They are great when they are open. They literally have been closed at least 6/7 times I have been. And went during normal biz hours. I Went today at 5pm. Cones up, I pulled around and asked and the guy said it was because only one person there and he can’t run it alone. Would be another 15 mins before someone else got there and I couldn’t wait. Okay so we just close for 2 hours in the middle of the day??? WAS TOLD it'd be an hour and a half. So I left. Came back 2 hours later and they're still closed to fill chemicals. Seems like that's something you'd do BEFORE you open. Not suring rush hour when people are trying to clean their cars and and go home. They close in 2 hours... This is the worst managed one I've ever seen. They are closed more than they are opened.
