I am writing this review to warn current and potential customers of the manager, Andrew, at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Chesapeake Square. My husband and I have been consistent customers at Tidal Wave Auto Spa for the past two years with no incidents or problems whatsoever. I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience at this car wash. The service was efficient, the results were fantastic, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash a few days ago! The attendant, Alex, was super helpful in guiding me to pick the perfect wash for my car. He explained the options clearly and made the process quick and easy. My car came out looking spotless — shiny, clean, and better than I expected. Great customer service and great results — I’ll definitely be coming back!

They are great when they are open. They literally have been closed at least 6/7 times I have been. And went during normal biz hours. I Went today at 5pm. Cones up, I pulled around and asked and the guy said it was because only one person there and he can’t run it alone. Would be another 15 mins before someone else got there and I couldn’t wait. And shouldn’t have to. Meanwhile a car was in the wash, which he said that’s because the person ran over the cones. I canceled my monthly plan. When I am able to get in, it is a grea... read more

My first experience with Tidal Wave Auto Spa was pretty good especially for the price. My most recent visit not so. The customer service is awesome though the machine washing the vehicle is lacking to say the least. I had more dirty spots all over my vehicle. Also the vaccum cleaner closest to the exit of the cleaning facility wasn't working. I guess I expected better cleaning/washing for 30 bucks.
