Was transporting fire extinguishers in the back of my car to a client went unfortunately one of them decided to go off inside of my car. Stop by the car wash, which happened to be this one and the dust was all over the inside and the outside of my car, bought a wash with wax And was told the vacuums are free to use after my wash and they had cleaning supplies thankfully they also offered mat cleaning services for free. Highly recommend this place even though I’m not from the area
I’m still in shock about what just occurred here! I had a terrible experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa on December 29, 2024. This was my second visit to this location, and their staff’s negligence during the wash severely damaged my 2024 Tesla Cybertruck. Despite following Tesla’s protocol of enabling “car wash mode” and placing the vehicle in neutral, the employee guiding my vehicle negligently misaligned it on the rails. This company is not transparent with their pricing. I went there ONE time to wash my car. They charged me $26 and without my consent, apparently signed me up for re occurring payment to pay $45. Worse is I took my mom with me and used my card to pay my mom’s wash that day $26x2. And now they charged my card $90 in one day for subscription. They didn’t even explain that the $26 they charged initially was unlimited wash for a month so I could take my car there multiple times. I was a member for over a year until we moved out of state. Friendly staff and reliable service. Always stocked and tidy for when you want to detail your car after the wash.
