⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash a few days ago! The attendant, Alex, was super helpful in guiding me to pick the perfect wash for my car. He explained the options clearly and made the process quick and easy. My car came out looking spotless — shiny, clean, and better than I expected. Great customer service and great results — I’ll definitely be coming back!
the employees working at this car wash are very nice and considerate, a guy named alex helped me figure out which wash to get and even convinced me to buy a membership. My car smelt and looked amazing after the wash and the vacuums work wonderfully. I would definitely recommend coming to this car wash!
I was just at the car wash. The wash attendants were working hard in this heat. I give them 5 stars. Come to find out the A/C isn’t working effectively in their little office. There is nowhere for them to cool off. With a heat advisory I find this unacceptable. I hope corporate see this post and gets the A/C fixed immediately. If you can’t fix it, REPLACE IT!!!! Management gets one star for letting staff work in this heat with nowhere to cool off!!! Shame on you!
Powerful brushes and dryer, good smelling soap and cute smiley face displays while your car is being washed. Have lots of stations where you can use their vacuum and wax your car.
Alex sold me a membership today and was very nice and professional. The wash came out nicely, and I'll definitely be coming back.
