Owen at the 520 Falls Boulevard location in Bristol, VA was very professional. Helpful and enthusiastic…he explained the benefits of the membership enthusiastically and with a smile. Excellent Customer Service skills, indeed. The wash was worth it. It actually provided a shine to my tires. This is the absolute BEST car wash in N. East TN. My car comes out much cleaner than other washes. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I fact today John was very thorough prepping my vehicle to go into the wash, and very professional. Highly recommend Tidal wave in Bristol!
