Fantastic car wash. Staff is superfriendly and helpful especially Caylub, he even help pressure wash my floormats. Brilliant job done. It’s my everyday stop after work. Love it 😊
We have used almost every car wash in the area. This car wash is the best of them all! The wash(even the middle of the price range) is excellent. It gets road grime, pollen, salt and just plain red clay off the car. The car cleaning area is very nice - fully shaded and well stocked with cleaner and towels. The place that most of the other car washes let us down is the vacuums. Tidal wave has 4 available around each cleaning station. I have visited many car washes in the Abingdon and Bristol area looking for the right place for me. I came here last Saturday and Johnny took the time to get all the bugs off my truck front end. So im back today because of Johnny and his attention to detail. This will be my carwash for the foreseeable future. Today I had the same experimce from the other team members. Thank you all for caring!
I went through today on Mother's Day. My side mirrors get attacked by birds at my home daily causing horrible dirt and bird poop all down my car and mirrors. I use drive through car washes often, never had an attendant take extra time and care until today. He scrubbed my mirrors and the side of my car. This made a huge difference and I am very appreciative. Thank you Johnny and Caleb!
Great little car wash we use them alot for my wife's car. I took my truck thru today witch was very dirty paid for the $30 wash and it didn't come clean. I went back around was gonna go thru again and the kettle me go thru no charge. Very satisfied Great lady running the place today. I would recommend them if you need agoid wash
