Owen at the 520 Falls Boulevard location in Bristol, VA was very professional. Helpful and enthusiastic…he explained the benefits of the membership enthusiastically and with a smile. This is the absolute BEST car wash in N. East TN. My car comes out much cleaner than other washes. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I fact today John was very thorough prepping my vehicle to go into the wash, and very professional. Highly recommend Tidal wave in Bristol!
