Great little car wash we use them alot for my wife's car. I took my truck thru today witch was very dirty paid for the $30 wash and it didn't come clean. I went back around was gonna go thru again and the kettle me go thru no charge. Very satisfied Great lady running the place today. I would recommend them if you need agoid wash
I've been a customer at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Bristol, VA for nearly a year, and I couldn't be happier. My 8 year old car looks brand new! In fact, I'm so pleased with the service and value that I just signed up for an annual package: 12 months of unlimited washes for the price of 10 months. It's so convenient to stop in for a wash and then be able to use the vacuums and provided microfiber cloths for drying and detailing. Truly the best place to get your car washed! Excellent service, very friendly crew! Gabe is just the best...he went above and beyond to explain the various options and made sure I was happy with my car wash. Highly recommend!
Alaina at Tidal Wave Auto Spa is absolutely wonderful. She always provides fantastic service and greets everyone with such a warm, friendly attitude. What really makes her stand out is her genuine kindness, especially toward our dogs. They get so excited to see her because she always has treats waiting for them 🐶🐾. It’s the little things she does that make every visit a great experience. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is lucky to have her!
Was passing through from Louisiana. I deal with stage four metastatic breast cancer the longer brushes make it a little bit easier for me to wash my windshield. The manager made it clear that was not welcome there that I should take myself to a gas station where I belong instead of to his location. I hope no one treats him as unkindly as he has treated me. He had an opportunity to start the year off by helping someone in need and instead Chose to be a jerk. I hope no one treats you the way you treat others. Good luck to you.
