One of the worst car wash experiences I’ve ever had — save your money. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a complete disappointment from start to finish. For a place that markets itself as a premium car wash, the service is laughably bad. My car came out still dirty, streaked, and spotted — somehow worse than when I went in. What exactly am I paying for here? The equipment feels outdated or poorly maintained, the wash is rushed, and the results are completely inconsistent. In past, I have used tidal wave wash at multiple locations. All typically provide a great wash. I’m sad to report that the tidal wave auto spa in car wash in Winchester. Virginia only gets a one from me and if I could make it less than that, I certainly would. Not only has this been the second poor quality service, When I returned to show the operator that the car was certainly not clean, he commented “what do you want me to do? 💥 READ ALL REVIEWS CAREFULLY💥 My driver and passenger side glass was scratched pretty bad in the car wash. I filled out an incident report and we both took pictures. Today I get a call back telling me they have video evidence that the scratches were already there. Then in the phone call which I recorded, they told me that if the vehicle is over 10 years old, company policy is they do not repair anything. Another fantastic tidal wave Auto spa! I really enjoy going to this chain of car washes because there's so many of them and they get your car so clean! Everyone here was friendly and quick.
Justin was absolutely incredible!! He was kind, courteous, very helpful and the best Truck washer I’ve ever experienced at tidal wave or anywhere else. I’m not sure what you’re paying him, but he deserves a raise
