I recently took my car to Tidal Wave Car Wash and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The manager was excellent—he was friendly, attentive, and clearly runs a tight ship. The entire staff was great: professional, hardworking, and genuinely focused on doing a quality job. What really impressed me was how thorough they were. I love my local Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Winchester. The employees are super helpful. The vacuums always have great suction. And, nobody cares if I'm there for hours cleaning dog hair out of my car. We've even used our membership at other Tidal Waves across the country when we traveled for 90 days last year. Love this place.

You can literally see where whatever scratched my window went around where they tucked my mirrors in. Obviously it was... read more
