In past, I have used tidal wave wash at multiple locations. All typically provide a great wash. I’m sad to report that the tidal wave auto spa in car wash in Winchester. Virginia only gets a one from me and if I could make it less than that, I certainly would. Not only has this been the second poor quality service, When I returned to show the operator that the car was certainly not clean, he commented “what do you want me to do? All the staff are great people. Very cordial and friendly. I had to alter my plan to drop one vehicle and had no information about how to do so. The site manager was very helpful and polite in taking care of it. Great environment. Great cleaning products and awesome staff. I would honestly give more than 5 stars, but it wasn’t an option.

Update 04/01/25 - closed for maintenance yet again. It’s 48°, so the weather isn’t the excuse this time. This place is closed more than it’s open. "Closed for maintenance" a lot. So you pay for a month but can only get washed sporadically because half the time you go there they're closed. Sign says 7 days a week, closer to 7 days a month.
It’s not One of the best car washes in Winchester ITS THE BEST CAR WASH IN WINCHESTER!!! Would 1,000% recommend to anyone. The staff are very professional and answer all questions!! I love how they prep your car before going into the tunnel and make sure all the bugs are off of it
