I've had my membership for a few months. Car Wash does a great job. But today really put the car wash to the test. After a few hours driving at night the front end of my truck was plastered with bug guts. The manager John did a wonderful job getting all the bugs removed in the pre-wash. Truck looks like new again thanks so much John!
I love going to this Carwash!! The people there are always extremely friendly and make a point to wave at me or say hello to me every time! They always do a great job helping me too whenever I have any questions with payment or anything else. I highly recommend Tidal Wave Auto Spa Carwash by Walmart in Hanover, PA! They are Awesome!
I’m part of the monthly wash club and it pays for itself in just 2 washes. (NOT the official club name fyi) They give you an RFID sticker to put in your window along with a dedicated members lane so you drive right on through with hardly a wait. Never seen a car wash make my car so nice with 1 pass through. Only 1 down side is that you can’t just come anytime you want. My husband and I have been members since there car wash opened. I love this facility for a few reasons. The extras that are provided are great, plenty of micro fiber towels, plenty of spray cleaner, the grounds are always clean. Trash cans are never overflowing. Plenty of spaces to vacuum your car. Now for the personnel…John and his crew are always, ALWAYS, polite. They are attentive and do not lollygag. John is a great example to these kids by teaching them about wonderful customer service. Service was good young guys very polite system was down so had opportunity for free washing, not the kind too take advantage of someone else miss fortune guys were nice so they said everyone would get there best washing so I gave the kid a 20 to split with his buddy. After the washing got out of truck too dry mirrors a water 💧 here and their. Was never even cleaned the rear wheel wells. And missed half the truck on the front & Rear on the outside lower part of the truck. Politeness 5 cleanly 3.
