A couple of friends at work were raving about this new car wash. And their work vehicle looked amazing. I decided to give the place a try and, I was not disappointed!! I was actually blown away. To be honest, what sold me were my wheels. They came out amazing for an automatic wash. It cleaned about two weeks worth of brake dust without any problems. I have semi metallic brakes, which creates a lot of dust in a short amount of time.
I've had my membership for a few months. Car Wash does a great job. But today really put the car wash to the test. After a few hours driving at night the front end of my truck was plastered with bug guts. The manager John did a wonderful job getting all the bugs removed in the pre-wash. Truck looks like new again thanks so much John!
I absolutely adore coming here for my car wash. Everyone is always so friendly and attentive, they consistently have the supplies i need to get my car clean the way i want, and there is never a rush to leave. Kate is one of my favorite employees there! She is always smiling, super kind, and was the one who helped sign me up for my membership.
Will never go again to this place. Car wash broke a piece of my car off, and they said they couldn't do anything about it because the piece was considered after market. I explained to him it wasn't, it was on the car when I picked it up from the dealership brand new, and its on the build sheet for the vehicle that i have. Anything they can do not to pay for damaged vehicles. I would avoid at all cost
I love going to this Carwash!! The people there are always extremely friendly and make a point to wave at me or say hello to me every time! They always do a great job helping me too whenever I have any questions with payment or anything else. I highly recommend Tidal Wave Auto Spa Carwash by Walmart in Hanover, PA! They are Awesome!
