A couple of friends at work were raving about this new car wash. And their work vehicle looked amazing. I decided to give the place a try and, I was not disappointed!! I was actually blown away. To be honest, what sold me were my wheels. They came out amazing for an automatic wash. It cleaned about two weeks worth of brake dust without any problems. I have semi metallic brakes, which creates a lot of dust in a short amount of time.
Great wash overall with good lasting shine and detail. Also quick for quality. Just a few areas it could improve. 1. I don't want a membership please don't try to sell me one after I say not interested. This has driven me away to some extent. I feel like I piss the guy off each time. I shouldn't feel that way as a customer, try alternative promotions instead of pushing it. 2. Vacuum maintenance. Closed the past 2 days I've driven over to use the service. I understand they are unable to open due to temps. But it's an inconvenience since I'm unable to use the 36 dollar plan for the reason I bought it for... To help keep salt off my car.
I've had my membership for a few months. Car Wash does a great job. But today really put the car wash to the test. After a few hours driving at night the front end of my truck was plastered with bug guts. The manager John did a wonderful job getting all the bugs removed in the pre-wash. Truck looks like new again thanks so much John!
Absolutely amazing car wash experience! The staff was friendly and professional, but Joe Maloney really stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure my car looked spotless inside and out. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. I’ll definitely be coming back—five stars all the way!
