Terrible experience at the car wash and terrible experience with customer service. We were hit by the truck behind us and hit the car in front of us while inside the wash. My husband had to hit the horn multiple times before anyone noticed that the cars were hitting each other. Since we had visible damage the attendant asked us to park. The car in front us did not stay and we were denied the information from the truck behind us. Recently visited a couple days ago and pulled up to the window booth where a short lady who I believe is the manager had the nastiest attitude and tone of voice towards me and my family. When being the manager i would expect high standards for serving customers. However a young man was very nice and helped throughout the tunnel. It’s a great car wash but I would probably prefer a different location.
I had an awesome experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and my car came out looking spotless. The husband and I love this car wash, they do such a superb job! James sold us our family plan, and let me tell you that $5 off is so nice. Keep up the great work! The manager Jennifer came and check on us out at the vacuums, such a kind staff. I love you like my family!
Such a great experience! The young fella, James. Let me tell ya, he provided such a good experience I’d buy that guy dinner. If you want anyone to scrub your car, ask for James.
