I went to the Tidal Wave this morning because as I traveled yesterday I was following a trailer that was hauling manure. Needless to say, it was all over my car . As I approached the welcome window the men looked astonished but said they would do it by scrubbing with their mops first and then I would run it through for my ceramic wash. The staff at Tidal Wave is amazing! They went above and beyond to assist me this evening. I misplaced my phone and thought it got thrown away in the garbage. Austin, Calvin and Maranda did all they could to assist me in finding my phone. At the end of the night it was found and very much appreciated. I couldn’t thank them enough.

Very nice staff, and the car wash is nice as well, but I do not recommend getting a package if you own a jeep Wrangler because the brushes do not touch the sides or the back of your jeep. I was told if I got the small antenna they could put the brushes on the side so I did that and it depends on which tenant you get as to if they put the brushes on the side of your vehicle. I understand the back of the vehicle because of the tire, but I feel that they should always have the brush bucket ready for them to brush the sides of ... read more

I always use the location in Washington Pennsylvania. They always do a fantastic job however I seen this when I was traveling today. Decided I’d stop at the Somerset location in Pennsylvania. I was extremely unpleased. I watched a car in front of me that was extremely dirty of salt rock and instead of spraying the vehicle off, they weren’t reached to the broom and soap and scrub the back of it, which is very concerning due to the condition of the vehicle being scratched very easily when I pulled in. My experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Somerset PA was a complete waste of time and money. I had a quarter size amount of bird waste on my windshield that the company could not even remove. The only reason I went there and the deciding factor on why I will never return or recommend anyone ever go there. Pretty simple task that couldn’t even be completed.
