We love this car wash! The staff is always helpful & friendly. We have the club account so I can wash my car everyday if I wanted so I like that because I can protect my new car from rusting by getting the salt off it anytime. The vacuums are powerful & free to use so you can actually get your car clean & not feel rushed by a timer you gotta feed quarters into. They also provide free car cleaner & chamois towels!!
I will never use Tidal Wave again I went through the wash and when I got home to wax my truck I had scratches in my paint and on my tail lights my vehicle is about a month old. When I called them they told me to take it back to the location where I had it washed about 30 miles away he took pictures and said they would get back to me within a few days. We have a monthly plan and visit the car wash all the time. My son loves the bubbles and I love a clean car! He also loves the lollipops from the staff. The whole staff is very friendly. Austin was our most recent attendant and he was very kind and helpful.
I went through the somerset, Pa car wash and still had some dirt spots Jake and Austin offered another run through the wash and made sure my car was clean before I left. Was pleased to say my car was cleaner the second time around with no spots . Thank you Jake and Austin for offering to make sure my experience was a satisfying clean.
I had a great experience at this car wash everyone there was so polite and had great customer service skills the vacuums there also were amazing and they cleaned the car nice and good I will definitely be returning again this wash is definitely worth your money!!!
