I will never use Tidal Wave again I went through the wash and when I got home to wax my truck I had scratches in my paint and on my tail lights my vehicle is about a month old. When I called them they told me to take it back to the location where I had it washed about 30 miles away he took pictures and said they would get back to me within a few days. We have a monthly plan and visit the car wash all the time. My son loves the bubbles and I love a clean car! He also loves the lollipops from the staff. The whole staff is very friendly. Austin was our most recent attendant and he was very kind and helpful.
Unfortunately the worst location I've visited. This one half ass runs a mop across your vehicle to start but misses most of what they are supposed to run it over. TODAY only one side was even touched.. the other side, dude just stood there 🙄 the automatic wash is pretty good. Make sure you flip your mirrors in though. Other locations give us a good mop and then into automatic.. afterwards shiny and new. This location lacks dedication and it shows after the wash is over
When my husband took our vehicles thru other car washes in the past he would have to come home and shimmy the vehicle down and spray the tires, since tidal wave came into Somerset PA. He runs our vehicles through and has no extra work after. We love the staff and the car wash, and never have issues!
Absolutely love it. The staff is courteous and helpful when I want light brush to avoid any dirt hurting my paint during removal. Great vacuums as well. I'd like to thank their one employee Miriam (spelling) for always asking if I need assistance with anything
