This is easily the best car wash spot in Washington. They have employees who scrub your car down before you go into the car wash area and this really helps to get extra dirt off of your car. They have the best vacuums and they also have fresh rags and window cleaner as well. A nice, safe spot. Nicholas is a great employee here who explains the plan options to customers. 10/10 recommend Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Washington close to Walmart.
I’m in town from New Jersey, and I can’t say how amazed I am at this place, from the very beginning Nicholas the site manager greeted me and guided me to the best experience I’ve ever had at a self service car wash. All the amenities and features this place has are simply amazing! You can literally leave your car in show room condition 5 ⭐️ for me
Brought Jeep in to get washed, and one side didn’t get as clean as I liked, pointed it out to an attendant at the wash, and she said I could go back in. Went in a second round, and clean as a whistle. And, a second attentendent came and chatted to make sure I was satisfied. Yes , very satisfied. Thank you so much! We love it here.
Event I’ve been to 100 car washes in many states including California Indianapolis, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, etc. This was by far the best I’ve been to from the drive-in when they pre-soak your car to a ATTIE who helped me clean my mats from a winner full of dirt. Everybody was super friendly, super helpful and customer oriented. I wish I lived closer because I would get the monthly service for sure. I’ll stop back on my way from Columbus. Any chance . Kudos to everybody here.
They were great in the beginning, but now they put the black cleaning rack in the coolers wet so they smell like mold. So now you have to take your own. But they are by far the best car wash and I still will continue to go. I use a brush and clean the windshield and the car before you go through. I have a wrangler so it doesn’t get everything. They did explain that to me.
