My husband and I don't ever get car washes, it rains in PA a lot but we had some funky smell that wouldn't leave our car so we had to get it cleaned. We got the one time $30. It came with sooo much stuff. We wanted the one that had everything and I think it was very reasonable for what we needed. Two people scrub your car then you go through and your car gets the best bath it's ever had. After, we got to use their vacuums for free. I’m in town from New Jersey, and I can’t say how amazed I am at this place, from the very beginning Nicholas the site manager greeted me and guided me to the best experience I’ve ever had at a self service car wash. All the amenities and features this place has are simply amazing! You can literally leave your car in show room condition 5 ⭐️ for me
Brought Jeep in to get washed, and one side didn’t get as clean as I liked, pointed it out to an attendant at the wash, and she said I could go back in. Went in a second round, and clean as a whistle. And, a second attentendent came and chatted to make sure I was satisfied. Yes , very satisfied. Thank you so much! We love it here.
Pretty solid experience. Went thru the car wash and unfortunately my car wasn’t as clean as I anticipated it to be for the price I paid. We showed the manager and she was so nice and accommodating. She let us go thru the wash again and the car came out better the second time. Wonderful customer service!
Chelsea, I believe she’s a new hire went above and beyond my expectation it’s been about three weeks since I have my vehicle washed. It was extremely dirty an a lot of bugs. She took care of me. The first time I went through then went back around and she gave me the same exact service plus, she also scraped up off all the Bugs with a complete smile on her face. Chelsea, is going be a true asset to your team in Washington pa location. Great job Chelsea keep up the amazing customer service.
