Visited the Fort Dodge, IA location. Paid for the most expensive wash. $30. Right after going through dirt and bugs still all over the vehicle. I did ask staff if a $30 wash should clean a vehicle because it did not appear so. Their reply was “we can’t guarantee the car would be clean” I did not see the no guarantee posted anywhere. Never offered another run through the wash. No I’m sorry. 10/10 would NOT recommend. They say the quick star wash is awesome! Will be trying that next for over half the price!
I can wash the car everyday! Pay monthly automatically and always have a clean looking car. They also provide clean towels to dry your car and a cleaning spray to wipe down everything inside. The free vacuuming! I just saw today that there is also a public bathroom in the middle of the car wash on the vacuuming side. Workers are pleasant and will spray down your floor mats if they are the "plastic" type for you.
Very nice!! On a road trip and needed to clean up the car. Stopped by just for the vacuums and they let me swing through just for the vacuums. Very clean parking lot, great suction on the vacuums, rags and cleaning supplies and garbage cans. Very worth the stop!
This place is very convenient for a quick car wash or they offer vacuums and cleaner for the interior in their vacuum bays. At the entrance, Taylor is always very nice and helpful with presenting the wash options! Great place!
Absolutely 💯 percent 5 star! I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff, promptly helped, and found everything to be all I hoped it to be. The vacuums work well with strong suction, the rags and spray work well for literally everything on the inside, and I left well satisfied. Good job guys!
