Bellah was amazing! I am a mom and every time she sees us come in she’s always up and willing to help out rather it’s vacuuming out the car or entertaining the children while I’m cleaning it out. Always brings fresh towels and make sure I have everything I need to clean my vehicle!
Absolutely 💯 percent 5 star! I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff, promptly helped, and found everything to be all I hoped it to be. The vacuums work well with strong suction, the rags and spray work well for literally everything on the inside, and I left well satisfied. Good job guys!
Visited the Fort Dodge, IA location. Paid for the most expensive wash. $30. Right after going through dirt and bugs still all over the vehicle. I did ask staff if a $30 wash should clean a vehicle because it did not appear so. Their reply was “we can’t guarantee the car would be clean” I did not see the no guarantee posted anywhere. Never offered another run through the wash. No I’m sorry. 10/10 would NOT recommend. They say the quick star wash is awesome! Will be trying that next for over half the price!
Went there for a car wash, and was help by a lady named Bellah. She was very sweet, will come again. She explained everything very well.
Bellah was great help with explaining to me how the plans and members ships work! Showed me around the vacuums as well. I’ll definitely be coming back a becoming a member!!
