Tidal Wave Auto Spa was a great place to clean my car. I paid $12 for a basic wash, which cleaned a very dirty and bug-encrusted car very well. The vacuums were very powerful. I appreciated the added touch of using pressurized air to clean crevices and excess water behind the mirror. They even had clean towels with window and surface cleaner. Without a doubt, this is the best car wash around.

Excellent customer service. My car came out clean in one wash, the vacuums had great suction power, and having towels was an important part of the finishing process. Unlike going to "Mister" who charges for towels.

I had recently had surgery and was looking to find a place to vacuum inside and all. They kept telling me yes it's full service. The car wash wasn't the best, in face I've paid a lot less to get a better car wash. This left streaks on my car. It was impossible to track down an employee. They were not helpful. They told me to do it myself or leave. The phone number goes no where. When I reached out to corporate they were also less than helpful. The service is great! The employees take time and attention with each vehicle. I also appreciate that vacuums, as well as microfiber cloths & spray are available after the wash. While pricey, I would say it is a great value! Even my old minivan looks better.

Insanely good experience. First time here and they really make it worth every penny. Austin literally /ran/ to help me as I pulled up, then was super friendly and helped me get the best deal possible. I had never considered getting a membership anywhere like this but this place rules. Will be recommending to all.
