Tidal Wave Auto Spa was a great place to clean my car. I paid $12 for a basic wash, which cleaned a very dirty and bug-encrusted car very well. The vacuums were very powerful. I appreciated the added touch of using pressurized air to clean crevices and excess water behind the mirror. They even had clean towels with window and surface cleaner. Without a doubt, this is the best car wash around.

They do a quick water spray & usually not all the way around vehicle. Nor do they ever do tires or around them where you get caked gravel dust, snow & salt, mud or whatever else. Otherwise I luv the carwash, the vacuum & different sizes as well as the powerful little air sprayer which is VERY handy. Always very nice, smiling and helpful. They will clean your mats if you ASK as well as the tires & around them inside where the gravel dust, mud, snow, and salt builds up. Great service and friendly staff. Dave at Tidal Wave in Clive, Iowa, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Based on my experience with his customer service alone, I'll be purchasing a membership. Their vacuums are also some of the most powerful I've ever used. As someone who loves finding every last crumb and speck of dirt in my car, I was genuinely impressed by how well they performed. Highly recommend!

This place consistently delivers exceptional service. They go above and beyond to accommodate my needs, such as cleaning my mats without hesitation. The staff and manager are always kind and friendly, making me feel welcome. I even drive from downtown just to visit this place, even though it’s a bit out of the way, because of the exceptional staff and well-maintained facility. And let’s not forget their vacuums—they’re the best in town!

This location of Tital Wave is head and shoulders above all other location I have visited in the Midwest states. The services and conditions are always top of the line, but the best part for me is the incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Dave and his team are always so accommodating, and make me feel like a very valued customer. I highly recommend getting a monthly pass. It is worth every penny!!
