I had an outstanding experience at Tidal wave The staff were friendly and attentive, and my car came out looking flawless—gleaming exterior, and spotless wheelsThe service was quick, thorough, and reasonably priced. The facilities were clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the sense of pride the team showed in their work. Tidal Wave Auto Spa was a great place to clean my car. I paid $12 for a basic wash, which cleaned a very dirty and bug-encrusted car very well. The vacuums were very powerful. I appreciated the added touch of using pressurized air to clean crevices and excess water behind the mirror. They even had clean towels with window and surface cleaner. Without a doubt, this is the best car wash around.
They do a quick water spray & usually not all the way around vehicle. Nor do they ever do tires or around them where you get caked gravel dust, snow & salt, mud or whatever else. Otherwise I luv the carwash, the vacuum & different sizes as well as the powerful little air sprayer which is VERY handy. Always very nice, smiling and helpful. Second try at this business. Had a great experience in Omaha not so much in WDM. Went through wash after paying 21$ for the hot wax wash. Got done and still had bugs on grill bumper and windshield. Went back around to see about re wash or refund and was told that’s why they have spray bottles and towels. Was told there will always be bugs. Save your money and go to HyVee Executive wash!!!!
The service is great! The employees take time and attention with each vehicle. I also appreciate that vacuums, as well as microfiber cloths & spray are available after the wash. While pricey, I would say it is a great value! Even my old minivan looks better.
