Dishonest business with false advertising. Vacuums are not free despite the many false advertisings. No weird otherwise on vacuums themselves. See photos. Incredibly rude employees are waiting to confront and force you into payment. Classic bait and switch. Claimed sign isn’t set up yet that has the disclaimer next to “free”. This place has been here how long for that excuse? They said I went in the wrong and pointed out the sign the size of a piece of paper that still doesn’t mention the vacuums . Here’s the thing… What do we need in a great Car Wash for? Our Car’s! I don’t need to be in a place full of sweet personalities to wash my car. Some of the reviews I’ve seen for this location are a bit nitpicky. We don’t need a hospitality crew. I can certainly understand if something breaks on your car, you want consideration to your issue. I understand this review is being left on a different Tidal Wave Auto Spa location, but the Fort Wright, KY location has reviews turned off — which is exactly why I’m posting here. I pay roughly $50/month for a membership, and this is now the third time I’ve shown up only to find the location closed or not operating. Weather and operational issues happen, but continuing to charge full monthly fees while repeatedly being unavailable is unacceptable. I truly appreciate Patience saving me money by throughly explaining the company’s promotion with the car wash that I chose. She had a great attitude and a beautiful personality! Hopefully she’s here when I return!
I always enjoy my experience at Tidal Wave. The customer service by Patience one of the employees there is refreshing when she is there!!
