Here’s the thing… What do we need in a great Car Wash for? Our Car’s! I don’t need to be in a place full of sweet personalities to wash my car. Some of the reviews I’ve seen for this location are a bit nitpicky. We don’t need a hospitality crew. I can certainly understand if something breaks on your car, you want consideration to your issue. I appreciate this location and the entire staff. Mr. Matt, Slater, and the entire team mean a great deal to my family. We visit three to four times a week to enjoy the experience, and I have recommended Tidal Wave to family members, coworkers, and employees for their car wash needs. vacuums and wash is great !! ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS THEY HAVE ALL THESE FREE VACUUM SIGNS BUT WHEN U PULL UP JUST TO VACUUM IS $5 … if its free vacuum with wash shouldn’t that be posted somewhere by the free vacuum symbol
What a great car wash with friendly people working there everyone had smiles on their faces and the Wash did an amazing job washing my truck. They have free vacuums something that you don’t find around Indy very often free glass cleaner and towels. I liked it so much I signed up for the unlimited thank you to the team at tidal wave making my day great
What a breath of fresh air for the car wash industry! My car aint never looked this clean! I felt like I was getting a wash with my car. The vaccums were superb and free, and being provided with towels and glass cleaner was the icing on the cake. Bravo! I'll be back.
