Here’s the thing… What do we need in a great Car Wash for? Our Car’s! I don’t need to be in a place full of sweet personalities to wash my car. Some of the reviews I’ve seen for this location are a bit nitpicky. We don’t need a hospitality crew. I can certainly understand if something breaks on your car, you want consideration to your issue. Dishonest business with false advertising. Vacuums are not free despite the many false advertisings. No weird otherwise on vacuums themselves. See photos. Incredibly rude employees are waiting to confront and force you into payment. Classic bait and switch. Claimed sign isn’t set up yet that has the disclaimer next to “free”. This place has been here how long for that excuse? They said I went in the wrong and pointed out the sign the size of a piece of paper that still doesn’t mention the vacuums . Car wash was comparable to Crew....if not better. Then the free vacuums were so powerful, it cleaned up everything and left my car spotless. They had a air gun for detailing which was great. Also, there were towels and bottles of window cleaner to use. I was thoroughly impressed and will be back.
I am never disappointed! Tidal Wave provides the highest quality wash and the staff is friendly, yet professional. I never feel rushed when using the free vacuum and cleaning supplies. I have recommended Tidal Wave to a number of people because it is simply a cut above the rest.
What a breath of fresh air for the car wash industry! My car aint never looked this clean! I felt like I was getting a wash with my car. The vaccums were superb and free, and being provided with towels and glass cleaner was the icing on the cake. Bravo! I'll be back.
