Just went through with my monthly membership pass, it’s always a good experience, but this one was extra good and deserved recognition! Payton was the first face I saw and it was bright and cheery as she directed me to my first stop for the window and front scrub down. She spent so much time scrubbing and getting my car clean even my mom said (to herself) thank you, sweetie you’re trying hard. We were in town for a car show and after driving in the rain the entire trip needed a wash. I thought the $30 top-tier was pricey... until I seen the results. Powerful uncarrage wash and jets along with extreme soap had our ride car show ready with very little touch up. I also thought the Graph x4 was gimmicky however our car STAYED clean for weeks. I truly wish we had a Tidal Wave close to home. Huge fan and a VERY picky customer. Vacuums were powerful and the detail section includes air to blow out door jams, mirrors, etc.

I've been coming here for well over a year now- and several days a week at that. I've never had one bad experience, with the car wash itself and definitely not with any of the employees. Everyone has always been incredibly friendly and helpful, but Payton, Emilee, and Cody are amazing! Always friendly, smiling, and so helpful! They take their time and do a great job! My car is always washed well, and I love the covered area for the vacuums. Definitely would recommend!

Prices match most other car washes. This is definitely the best one I have used in a long time. They actually have attendants that actually use a soapy brush to get the windshield, grill area, rear window, and most importantly the back end. My vehicle came out looking great. The only thing that caught my eye was the left side tires had tire shime applicated while the right did not. Guess there was a mechanical issue or the right side was out when I went through.

Just started the monthly subscriptions. The first time was a pleasant experience . Today was horrible. They did not pre wash the vehicle at all. When we got inside the tunnel to be sprayed, that wasn’t done either. We tried to ask a question and they pushed us on. After wash the vehicle was still dirty. Went back and they told us it was clean enough. Never ever again!
