My car has never been more sleek and shiny, including the day it was purchased. The employees were incredibly efficient and friendly! I was informed of the different washes available, and was able to make a great choice :). The pre-wash included in *every* wash was super helpful in the final product. This establishment is thorough in what they stand for. If you want a car that turns heads, in an impressive way, drive on down to Tidal Wave! They will guaranteed take great care of your ride! Usually hand wash my car but was super happy with the wash I got here! All the employees were super nice and helpful. My car is shiny and it’s awesome!
The actual car wash is less than mediocre but I still go. It’s conveniently located, and usually the employees are nice and helpful. However, there was a moody, tall, bald man tonight that was unnecessarily rude in several different interactions. Hope that guy has a better night.
Brent did an amazing job at the car wash! He was super friendly, worked quickly, and made sure my car looked spotless before I left. You can tell he really cares about doing a great job and making customers happy. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a car wash thanks to Brent!
Cody couch was an exceptional worker! It was our first time coming here and he made our experience a 10/10. Will definitely be coming back.
