Brad is amazing! Every time I visit this car wash, he’s the reason I come back. He’s super friendly, courteous, and incredibly professional. He greets you with a genuine smile, makes you feel taken care of, and pays attention to detail in a way that really stands out. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly wants every customer to leave happy. If every business had a Brad, the world would be a much better place. Highly recommend! 🙌🏾✨
The ONLY reason for this 5 star review is because of incredible customer service on 3/18 from Naomi and Barry there was one more employee that was working this morning 9:55 AM. I didn’t get his name but the staff was incredible and over accommodating. I was about to turn around because the prices keep going up which is Unfortunate! I would love to come back for the customer service by Naomi and Barry but would have a second thought because of the price changes this is the second time it went from $10-$12 now 15!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CAR WASH!! Brad is Awesome. Super helpful with a very welcoming Smile.. Oh and the price is Super reasonable too! I have bypassed several Tidal Wave car wash. Just to make it back to my favorite Location!! 🤗
This has always been a great car wash…when the manager is around. Otherwise, the employees stand around doing nothing. No prewash of the front and rear of your car. They just want to be on their phones or not working. Sad, because this WAS the BEST car wash around.
The person who prep the cars before the wash is amazing!!! Like he really prep the cars front and back he don’t just slap water and send you through you get a real prewash first, I been here 2x so far and got the same energy each time this location provides towels and cleaning/window spray. I also like the vacuum choices they offer the wide one and the narrow one to get that fry that fell between the crack and I must say the vacuum works great all around.
