High end machines and spacious car wash. It was a fun experience to share with my youngest daughter. I will say that the services are more expensive than comparable places and my vehicle still showed clear signs of dirt. Not the end of the world, i will certainly give it another try as I received exceptional customer service, and the experience overall was a good one.
I had an absolutely awful situation after a semi-truck splattered deer all over my car while I was driving. I pulled into Tidal Wave feeling embarrassed and overwhelmed, and the team there completely turned my day around. They didn’t try to upsell me on an expensive wash or take advantage of the situation. Instead, they spent a full 15 minutes power-washing the blood and mess off my hood and grill, making sure everything was cleaned the right way. Hey bird stuff on the car that wouldn't come off the first time and it wouldn't let me go again. The manager told the worker not to let me go through a second time and then he left so that he wouldn't be around to tell me no. If you're going to make the decision I think you need to stand beside your decision.
We bought the membership here because we bought a brand new car in April and we wanted to keep it nice and clean. So it was very disappointing yesterday when the car wash ripped the cover off the side mirror. The cover then fell to the ground and got scratched up before the employee was able to turn off the car wash and retrieve the piece. We were able to put it back on. Lazy teenagers playing on their phone. They raised prices, sped up the wash and use less water. Will never return. Dan’s is way better.
