I had an absolutely awful situation after a semi-truck splattered deer all over my car while I was driving. I pulled into Tidal Wave feeling embarrassed and overwhelmed, and the team there completely turned my day around. They didn’t try to upsell me on an expensive wash or take advantage of the situation. Instead, they spent a full 15 minutes power-washing the blood and mess off my hood and grill, making sure everything was cleaned the right way. High end machines and spacious car wash. It was a fun experience to share with my youngest daughter. I will say that the services are more expensive than comparable places and my vehicle still showed clear signs of dirt. Not the end of the world, i will certainly give it another try as I received exceptional customer service, and the experience overall was a good one.
I always have a great experience at this car wash. The place is clean, and the service is quick and efficient. Jason is always attentive, making sure customers get all the attention and help they need. Highly recommended!
Wow, coming to this Car Wash has truly exceeded my expectations. Rodrigo was very attentive and made this process run a whole lot smoother for me. He came and helped rinse off my mats. So for an employee to come up to a customer and not the other way around says a lot! He’s clearly determined to help his customers out, showing integrity and great customer service!
