High end machines and spacious car wash. It was a fun experience to share with my youngest daughter. I will say that the services are more expensive than comparable places and my vehicle still showed clear signs of dirt. Not the end of the world, i will certainly give it another try as I received exceptional customer service, and the experience overall was a good one.
Wow, coming to this Car Wash has truly exceeded my expectations. Rodrigo was very attentive and made this process run a whole lot smoother for me. He came and helped rinse off my mats. So for an employee to come up to a customer and not the other way around says a lot! He’s clearly determined to help his customers out, showing integrity and great customer service! Chris Rios went above and beyond when I brought my car in for a car wash. He took the magnets off the back of my car so they wouldn’t fly off. I had just been on a long car trip. He took the time to scrub all the bugs off the front that accumulated there. I highly recommend this car wash.
We bought the membership here because we bought a brand new car in April and we wanted to keep it nice and clean. So it was very disappointing yesterday when the car wash ripped the cover off the side mirror. The cover then fell to the ground and got scratched up before the employee was able to turn off the car wash and retrieve the piece. We were able to put it back on.
