I went to tidal wave around 4pm on July 16th. The car wash is fine but unfortunately I had to deal with the consequences of negligent team. I went to fill my tires with air but my tires were not filling up at all. If anything, they deflated completely. I was confused so I went to go ask a staff member for help. I was told that they knew it was broken but they forgot to put up signs and cones. Basically, they knew there was a broken machine and did not put up the proper warnings. DO NOT GO! 2024 vehicle damaged and they refused to even refund me for the month. Said I could cancel and they would do nothing else. Beware! ---update The "proof" that it was damaged before is posted bellow. It's a blurry photo that shows nothing. I was told the adhesive was loose prior. There is no adhesive as you can see in my photos it's clips that hold it in place. I was told on site they would do an incident report - site manager confirmed that never happened. Must must make a review went to this establishment to get my usual wash, and however, their card reader was down and they could not process payments. However, I did offer to pay cash because I had some cash on hand, but they would not accept and they just wanted to honor their customers by still giving them their washes so today I received a free wash This is just great customer service and I am happy I was able to still get my car washed Thank you tidal wave. Always a pleasure

I had an excellent experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash in Kennesaw! The wash did a fantastic job, and my car came out looking spotless with a great shine. The facility was clean, the equipment worked perfectly, and the staff was friendly and professional. The whole process was quick, convenient, and well worth the price. I recently canceled my membership with Tidal Wave Auto Spa on Jiles Road in Kennesaw due to a frustrating experience and poor customer service. I purchased my membership during the last week of May and have only had it for about three weeks. Every wash on my account has been used on the same white Lexus. The membership sticker was installed by Tidal Wave and cannot be removed or transferred without damaging it.
