Excellent customer service!! David is always pleasant and helpful in explaining the services and products Tidal Wave has to offer. I enjoy bringing my truck here twice a month for a complete cleaning.
Manager David provided me with excellent customer. Very professional and detailed. Careash was clean, other workers polite. Everything 💪 working. I highly recommend this location.
The customer service at this location is phenomenal. The car wash itself does a great job the first time through. David has a great personality and always asks how my day is going. Experiences like this are one of the reasons why I have a multi car membership.
Let me start by saying, David is a great guy and has on multiple occasions given me the best customer service. However, I've noticed he hasn't been there as much recently and the place is falling apart (seemingly). Today, I moved my car 4 times trying to get to a decent suction in the vacuum, a vacuum that has a hose, a vacuum that's not clogged....it was ridiculous. I've been a regular customer for the longest but now im questioning the quality. Hope it gets back to a 5 star in my mind.
David as always, so friendly and nice. He provides great customer service every time and is very patient with me while I make my decisions on what I’m going to get done. The staff are always kind to spray my wheels and tires off when I ask. Other places are not always as nice to accommodate on that, but the machine itself doesn’t get the wheels and tires hardly at all so it’s nice to have them sprayed off so at least it appears a little more clean.
