The customer service at this location is phenomenal. The car wash itself does a great job the first time through. David has a great personality and always asks how my day is going. Experiences like this are one of the reasons why I have a multi car membership.

Title wave car wash does a really good job at keeping their location clean customer service at a high-level and keeping the supplies ready for the next car wash! I don’t have to track anyone down to restore cleaning supplies, etc. David, the young man who helped me reconnect my package was very informative and tell me everything I need it.
David is always a pleasure to work with! So friendly, positive and helpful! There are plenty of options for car washes around us but we choose Tidal Wave every time because of the service and delivery.
