This is my second time coming to this particular location. I just love tidal wave. They do a great job with cleaning your car. I love the fact that you can vacuum and do some touch-ups with the canopy overhead. Keep up the great work. The facility and parking area is always so clean and stocked

I joined as a member over a year ago and the car wash itself has always been good. However, I cannot understand for the life of me why the majority of the vacuums don't work!!! This has been the case for quite some time now! This is quite disturbing, and I can't seem to get anyone to talk to me about this. I've talked to staff members; I've called customer service. One day I talked to the guy that told me he was the manager. His response to my concern about the vacuums was " but your wash is good, right"? Last week I watched... read more

Excellent customer service!! David is always pleasant and helpful in explaining the services and products Tidal Wave has to offer. I enjoy bringing my truck here twice a month for a complete cleaning.
