Excellent customer service!! David is always pleasant and helpful in explaining the services and products Tidal Wave has to offer. I enjoy bringing my truck here twice a month for a complete cleaning.

Let me start by saying, David is a great guy and has on multiple occasions given me the best customer service. However, I've noticed he hasn't been there as much recently and the place is falling apart (seemingly). Today, I moved my car 4 times trying to get to a decent suction in the vacuum, a vacuum that has a hose, a vacuum that's not clogged....it was ridiculous. I've been a regular customer for the longest but now im questioning the quality. Hope it gets back to a 5 star in my mind.

Fantastic! Got a plain wash and it also cleaned the brake dust off of the wheels. Even shined the tires nicely. Look great. I will be joining the membership for next time. Nice people there too!
