Excellent customer service!! David is always pleasant and helpful in explaining the services and products Tidal Wave has to offer. I enjoy bringing my truck here twice a month for a complete cleaning.

I joined as a member over a year ago and the car wash itself has always been good. However, I cannot understand for the life of me why the majority of the vacuums don't work!!! This has been the case for quite some time now! This is quite disturbing, and I can't seem to get anyone to talk to me about this. I've talked to staff members; I've called customer service. Manager David provided me with excellent customer. Very professional and detailed. Careash was clean, other workers polite. Everything 💪 working. I highly recommend this location.

Don’t go to here to wash your car the policy is that they will only clean half of you car so that it win cause damage to your car. Make it make sense!
