I came here for a car wash as I routinely do but this particular day, my car was damaged during the wash. The site leader said there is nothing they can do because my car is more than 10 years old which goes against their policy. Regardless of the year of my vehicle, I had no damage prior to using the wash. I heard a loud cracking noise during the drying part of the wash. I went to the car wash for the first time today during fall season and I talked to David, which is a manager there and he was so polite and professional. He signed me up with a membership and gave me a courtesy wash membership for $12. I definitely recommend getting it because you get to wash your car for a month for only $12 which is the price of one service. I wanted to give it 4 stars it being my first time through their car wash but customer service from Mickey definitely completed it by ensuring I had an excellent experience and Was satisfied. Even came to towel dry my car before I even had the chance to do so. Very welcoming, very friendly. I work up the street and definitely plan to be back. Thank you Mickey
