Tidal Wave Auto Spa is my go-to car wash! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming—they never fail to say hi to my kids, which I really appreciate. The place is clean, well-maintained, and it’s clear they take pride in their service. Highly recommend!
Car came out of the tunnel disgusting. I’m not sure if the older gentleman is a manger, but he was not up to tidal wave standards. Yelled “woah” as if I was speeding into the tunnel, did not prep the car at all, and was frowning the entire time. Photos included for how bad of a job that was done. If you want your car to be cleaned, don’t go here. Go to the Tidal Wave on parallel parkway if you are looking for friendly workers and a clean car!
I absolutely love my Tidal Wave membership! It is a very clean and thorough wash for my car, I have never had any damage from the Tidal Wave car wash, the staff is always very friendly and helpful, they even have free vacuums and window cleaning that you can do yourself. I used to have a Sam's Club car wash a couple of times a week and at $7 a car wash I was spending more there than I am with my Tidal Wave membership. Never a long wait, always greeted with a friendly and genuine smile. Spaces to park are easy to get in and out of with shade or sun options. The sunny side has the air hoses which are amazingly helpful to expel excess water. Clean towels are in abundance with glass cleaner available. Vacuums are powerful and always functioning. Overall my favorite location to give my vehicle a good once over and keep it clean and fresh!
Their car wash chewed up my minivan. DO NOT go here if you drive an older minivan. They have yet to even call me about this incident, even though they did fill out an incident report. Real sketchy. I'm a single mom with 2 kids, our car is everything to us. And now it's irreparably damaged because I decided to treat us to the worst car wash ever :(
