My 18-year-old daughter went through your car wash this morning, and while still inside, her tire was damaged — completely popped during the wash. No one came to assist her or check on what happened. After pulling into the vacuum area, she located an employee and explained the situation. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is my go-to car wash! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming—they never fail to say hi to my kids, which I really appreciate. The place is clean, well-maintained, and it’s clear they take pride in their service. Highly recommend!

Car came out of the tunnel disgusting. I’m not sure if the older gentleman is a manger, but he was not up to tidal wave standards. Yelled “woah” as if I was speeding into the tunnel, did not prep the car at all, and was frowning the entire time. Photos included for how bad of a job that was done. If you want your car to be cleaned, don’t go here. Go to the Tidal Wave on parallel parkway if you are looking for friendly workers and a clean car!

‼️ WARNING ‼️ Don't do it!!!! Brand new vehicle and my first wash!! (Pics Provided) Clearly they don't take care of their brushes properly! Flat out Refused to fix!
