Fast and efficient service. You get exactly what you pay for. Quick, hassle-free, and worth it. Very satisfied with the wash and the convenience of the vacuums. This place was perfect for getting the grime off my car!
Car came out of the tunnel disgusting. I’m not sure if the older gentleman is a manger, but he was not up to tidal wave standards. Yelled “woah” as if I was speeding into the tunnel, did not prep the car at all, and was frowning the entire time. Photos included for how bad of a job that was done. If you want your car to be cleaned, don’t go here. Go to the Tidal Wave on parallel parkway if you are looking for friendly workers and a clean car!
Tidal Wave Auto Spa is my go-to car wash! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming—they never fail to say hi to my kids, which I really appreciate. The place is clean, well-maintained, and it’s clear they take pride in their service. Highly recommend!
My 18-year-old daughter went through your car wash this morning, and while still inside, her tire was damaged — completely popped during the wash. No one came to assist her or check on what happened. After pulling into the vacuum area, she located an employee and explained the situation. I just paid 30 bucks for the TOP car wash. I still have stains on my vehicle!! Tires don't appear to have a shine, i still have stains on the hood and that same spot on the drivers side rear door. I will pass on a monthly membership which limits you to a wash a day, for 50 bucks!!! Which is weird since they have someone who pre treats the vehicle
