We've been trying to cancel for two months and I see they just withdrew money today. Again. Tried to cancel via the online form. Zero response. Even after follow up emails. Then I called. Customer service assured me our club membership was cancelled. Apparently not. It's like trying to quit the gym. Beware. Also increased the price by 20% with no notification. Sketchy as heck. My review is long over due. Love this place! Car always comes out super clean. Brett & Tyler are amazing with excellent customer service. Prices are fare and definetly a cool car wash for the kiddos
Car came out of the tunnel disgusting. I’m not sure if the older gentleman is a manger, but he was not up to tidal wave standards. Yelled “woah” as if I was speeding into the tunnel, did not prep the car at all, and was frowning the entire time. Photos included for how bad of a job that was done. If you want your car to be cleaned, don’t go here. Go to the Tidal Wave on parallel parkway if you are looking for friendly workers and a clean car!
Fast and efficient service. You get exactly what you pay for. Quick, hassle-free, and worth it. Very satisfied with the wash and the convenience of the vacuums. This place was perfect for getting the grime off my car!
It was our first time trying Tidal Car wash and we had a great experience! Our wash was very thorough and we really appreciated Emilia being so attentive. She helped us find towels and how to use the vacuums. We highly recommend Tidal Wave!
