Damaged to hood of vehicle management acknowledge at the time it happened. Promised to follow up after taking contact info. There was no follow up, so my husband stopped by to discuss. Management claimed they were just about to contact only to deny it happened. Claimed no customers complained of damage. Told us the damage did not occur there. We cancelled our $80 plan. Rude, unprofessional management. Don’t waste your time and money.
Not a good customer experience. I came here to pay for a car wash, not to be repeatedly pushed into a membership. There is already a self-service machine where customers can select a wash and pay by card, yet I still had to say no several times to membership offers before I could simply purchase the wash I wanted. Friendly staff, fast service, and my car is the cleanest it has ever been. First time going and I will definitely be back. They even took my mats and sprayed them off, vacuums worked great also.
The attendants did an added bug wash and it was absolutely worth it! It removed the bugs and road grime from the front of my car so much better than a regular wash. My car came out looking clean, shiny, and like new. Fast service, friendly staff, and great results.
My review is long over due. Love this place! Car always comes out super clean. Brett & Tyler are amazing with excellent customer service. Prices are fare and definetly a cool car wash for the kiddos
