Do not use their services. They have stolen money from me and are refusing to return it. I paid for a 1 month membership that I was told would expire at the end of the 1 month. Was billed for a total of 4 months. They refunded 1 charge but are refusing to refund the 2 additional charges. I have called and spoken with them 3 times now. Gone in person twice and Tidal Wave is still refusing to issue a refund. Out of this whole time I only got 1 car wash but have been billed 4 total times. This is criminal.
