I had an outstanding experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash! The facility is spotless, efficient, and really delivers on quality. My car came out looking brand new — shiny, streak-free, and spotless. The car has always some spots that are not super clean (especially on the trunk), but the staff is always friendly and professional. The wash is easy and quick to go through, and the complimentary vacuums at the end help you get the car clean inside out. It's decently affordable too (I only go once in a while or as needed).
Elliott and Preston did a great job. Always love it with I drive up and see my girl, Sam I am, and she gives me a free month for the price of a wash!! Tidal Wash is our go to for all of our car washes!! The family loves it and I do too.
I got off work and thought I’d get a car wash after the rain, I work very close to this car wash. I purchased the most expensive option. The first time(yes, first time)I went through my car not once was soaped down and barely got wet. ***BEWARE*** – Damage to vehicle + rude, dismissive management. Been an unlimited wash member for years, going to this particular location, with complete understanding what NORMAL brush-car washes will and can do (i.e., swirling). However, went through this car wash today and immediately noticed multiple scratches on the hood that were not there before.
