The car has always some spots that are not super clean (especially on the trunk), but the staff is always friendly and professional. The wash is easy and quick to go through, and the complimentary vacuums at the end help you get the car clean inside out. It's decently affordable too (I only go once in a while or as needed).
When going in for a car wash, the attendant suggested we sign up for a month long trial membership. I asked her if we would be automatically charged at the end of the month and she assured us that we would need to opt in if we wanted to continue with the monthly membership. Fast forward a month and guess what was charged to our credit card without any warning or reminder. I called corporate to see about canceling the membership and reversing the charge. Elliott and Preston did a great job. Always love it with I drive up and see my girl, Sam I am, and she gives me a free month for the price of a wash!! Tidal Wash is our go to for all of our car washes!! The family loves it and I do too.
I got off work and thought I’d get a car wash after the rain, I work very close to this car wash. I purchased the most expensive option. The first time(yes, first time)I went through my car not once was soaped down and barely got wet. I parked at the vacuums and there was still dust, dirt, bugs, and water marks from the rain the day before. I told an employee and they sent me through a second time. Scammers! They will enroll you in their monthly autopay membership without your knowledge or consent. A very sheisty business. Also looks like they have a bunch of fake 5 star reviews to conceal the true 1 star reviews. I wasn't planning on returning anyways because the actual car wash wasn't that great, left streaks on my car and the first two vacuum spots I went to were broken. With the amount of car wash options out there, I definitely would not recommend this one.
