The car has always some spots that are not super clean (especially on the trunk), but the staff is always friendly and professional. The wash is easy and quick to go through, and the complimentary vacuums at the end help you get the car clean inside out. It's decently affordable too (I only go once in a while or as needed).

Elliott and Preston did a great job. Always love it with I drive up and see my girl, Sam I am, and she gives me a free month for the price of a wash!! Tidal Wash is our go to for all of our car washes!! The family loves it and I do too.
Had a car wash done late on a Saturday evening. Car came out half clean because they only pretreated half of the front of the car and half of the rear of the car. We took photos Sunday morning when we realised how poorly it was washed. We raised the issue on Monday morning when management were back in the office.
