On 2/26, I went to Tidal Wave Auto Spa to sign up for a monthly membership. After signing up, I pulled into the wash to receive my membership sticker. The manager, Brent, attempted to place the new sticker directly over an old one that had adhesive buildup. I had an outstanding experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash! The facility is spotless, efficient, and really delivers on quality. My car came out looking brand new — shiny, streak-free, and spotless. Came here on a Super Busy Saturday but despite the long line, the car wash team was keeping it moving fast so I didn’t wait long. Very good service and amazing vacuums!.
The car has always some spots that are not super clean (especially on the trunk), but the staff is always friendly and professional. The wash is easy and quick to go through, and the complimentary vacuums at the end help you get the car clean inside out. It's decently affordable too (I only go once in a while or as needed).
Elliott and Preston did a great job. Always love it with I drive up and see my girl, Sam I am, and she gives me a free month for the price of a wash!! Tidal Wash is our go to for all of our car washes!! The family loves it and I do too.
