I had an outstanding experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash! The facility is spotless, efficient, and really delivers on quality. My car came out looking brand new — shiny, streak-free, and spotless. Elliott and Preston did a great job. Always love it with I drive up and see my girl, Sam I am, and she gives me a free month for the price of a wash!! Tidal Wash is our go to for all of our car washes!! The family loves it and I do too.
***BEWARE*** – Damage to vehicle + rude, dismissive management. Been an unlimited wash member for years, going to this particular location, with complete understanding what NORMAL brush-car washes will and can do (i.e., swirling). However, went through this car wash today and immediately noticed multiple scratches on the hood that were not there before. The team at Tidal Wave always takes care of us. The staff is friendly, facilities are clean and everything works. We have two cars on their subscription and it is well worth it. Highly recommend.
On 2/26, I went to Tidal Wave Auto Spa to sign up for a monthly membership. After signing up, I pulled into the wash to receive my membership sticker. The manager, Brent, attempted to place the new sticker directly over an old one that had adhesive buildup. I politely asked if he could hand me the sticker so I could first clean off the residue before applying it properly. He told me he couldn’t do that.
