I love getting my car washed at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Prairie Village, KS! Im that girl who goes almost everyday and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Taylor and staff are always friendly and willing to help. The facility is clean and well-kept, with an impressive amount of fresh towels always available. :) 10/10 recommend
***BEWARE*** – Damage to vehicle + rude, dismissive management. Been an unlimited wash member for years, going to this particular location, with complete understanding what NORMAL brush-car washes will and can do (i.e., swirling). However, went through this car wash today and immediately noticed multiple scratches on the hood that were not there before. The team at Tidal Wave always takes care of us. The staff is friendly, facilities are clean and everything works. We have two cars on their subscription and it is well worth it. Highly recommend.
We have been customers since their opening. I recently commented on the price increase and the attendant said it was due to the new chemical formulas. I went through the car wash and the chemicals were so strong that they gave me a headache. They also didn’t rinse off and I had suds in all my car crevices. Sadly, I can’t return unless they reduce the strength of their chemicals.
Daniel and Preston did an outstanding job in detailing and washing my car. Their attention to detail and professionalism were exceptional. They kept the line moving efficiently, and the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
