Elliott and Preston did a great job. Always love it with I drive up and see my girl, Sam I am, and she gives me a free month for the price of a wash!! Tidal Wash is our go to for all of our car washes!! The family loves it and I do too.
Daniel and Preston did an outstanding job in detailing and washing my car. Their attention to detail and professionalism were exceptional. They kept the line moving efficiently, and the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
BEWARE — Poor Customer Service and No Accountability I was a loyal member here for three years and genuinely loved this place—until they ripped the back cover off my rearview mirror and refused to take responsibility. The mirror was an OEM part, not an aftermarket accessory, but the employee (who falsely claimed to be the manager) told me their policy didn’t cover it. I always come here, and the air guns never work. Their membership is expensive; they should have all the services working.
BE CAREFUL! BE CAREFUL OF THE MANAGER TAYLOR HE IS A WEIRDO CREEPER! I went through this car wash and while I was cleaning my car this guy was ALL AROUND my car, creepily looking, coming up behind me. I felt VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! He kept asking me SEVERAL times if I needed anything I finally had to tell him NO please stop asking. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO ASK FOR MY NUMBER!?!?
