I’ve been a title wave member for almost a year now and I love the service overall. This location had previously been lacking on being able to keep the cleaning bottles filled and towels out for customers. Today I spoke with Iris and let her know that I appreciated the service today with everything stocked. She was very grateful for the feedback and assured me that they would be on top of it moving forward.
I recently visited tidal wave & Edwin & Cassandra were amazing and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel valued as a customer. The quality of the car wash was outstanding! It was my first time coming to Tidal Wave and Cassandra was very sweet, informative and professional. I love how my car looked after the wash. I can’t wait to come back and use the other amenities
Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Rags and spray bottles along with the vacuum for free is a plus. One thing I would request is mirror tint on the front windows so people can see their cars when exiting the lot.
I can’t say enough good things about Mission Tidal Wave! The manager is incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. The vacuums have amazing suction, and the spray and towel carts are always fully stocked. The other staff members are just as friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Plus, it’s close to home and they make you feel so welcome every time you visit. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!!!!
