All four of my black rims got damaged in the wash yesterday April 6, 2025 when I try to contact somebody about it it just has me on hold. My vehicle is a 2025 Volkswagen atlas not even 5 months old and the brushes cause this mouth damage. When I try to call to speak to a manager, it just has me on hold for a very long time. You can never get through to nobody because it sends you to a Georgia number.

Y'all better tie that stuff up, because these vacuums are no joke! 😂 I needed a good cleaning and vacuum after my trip to Florida due to loads of bugs and lots of sand. Clayton recommended the Graph X wash to help get the bugs off and clean up the grime from 2k miles worth of driving. My car is back to sparkling and my interior is free of ALL of the sand. Husband got his truck washed today and it looked brand new. I needed mine done too so I stopped by and I would have to agree with him and others. Great, quick, and easy. Husband said to ask for Tyler and I'm glad he was still there because he did an awesome job!
Very clean site. Was amazed with how clean my car looked after. The vacuums are definitely the best I have used at any car wash facility. All the gentleman there were great with detail in spraying my car. But the one that stood out was Clayton. He had a great customer service attitude and helped with me getting set up with my monthly subscription for washes.
I rarely leave reviews but Tyler was extremely helpful during my last visit. He explained all of the different tiers of washes and definitely has me convinced to sign up for a monthly pass on my next visit. I wish more businesses still had customer service like this!
