I had such a great experience at this car wash! Parker was super friendly and made sure my car looked perfect before I left. He went above and beyond, and you can tell he really cares about doing a good job. My car hasn’t looked this clean in a long time! Definitely recommend and will be coming back for sure!
Parker was stellar. He did an excellent job. Great work from that young man. If you come to the car wash and see Parker, just know you are in good hands. It was an all around great experience.
All four of my black rims got damaged in the wash yesterday April 6, 2025 when I try to contact somebody about it it just has me on hold. My vehicle is a 2025 Volkswagen atlas not even 5 months old and the brushes cause this mouth damage. When I try to call to speak to a manager, it just has me on hold for a very long time. You can never get through to nobody because it sends you to a Georgia number.
So yesterday I went to the location in Independence MO and let me say I hardly ever give a bad review but I am just dumb founded by the experience I had for a 17.00 car wash. So I entered the wash with all car parts in tact on my 2021 Volkswagen Jetta. When I exited the wash the cap to my driver's side mirror was missing. I came back around to let attendant know what happened and he was like let me go check so him and his boss David did go look for the piece missing but were unsuccessful in finding it. Parker Williams was extremely helpful. He was very handsome and charming. Great service all around I would recommend for anyone wanting both a car wash and a nice view of a handsome young (fem)boy.
