Omg. This is the best service really hands down. I came to get a car wash but the cover that covers my under carriage is missing to I couldn't get a car wash. The guys here told me dont worry they sprayed my car off instead. I am so appreciative that we still have genuinely nice people who truly cares about others. Thank you guys you are truly awesome.
All four of my black rims got damaged in the wash yesterday April 6, 2025 when I try to contact somebody about it it just has me on hold. My vehicle is a 2025 Volkswagen atlas not even 5 months old and the brushes cause this mouth damage. When I try to call to speak to a manager, it just has me on hold for a very long time. You can never get through to nobody because it sends you to a Georgia number.
I had such a great experience at this car wash! Parker was super friendly and made sure my car looked perfect before I left. He went above and beyond, and you can tell he really cares about doing a good job. My car hasn’t looked this clean in a long time! Definitely recommend and will be coming back for sure!
I went to clean my car and i was greeted with the upmost quality service and an amazing smile. Something about Parker Williams’ presence at tidal wave auto spa really uplifted my spirits. Stand up guy, great smile, great service, great experience.
Parker was stellar. He did an excellent job. Great work from that young man. If you come to the car wash and see Parker, just know you are in good hands. It was an all around great experience.
