Would not recommend. Went through the car wash the right back part of my car did not get clean and ended up with multiple paint chips on my car, I also ended up with a rubber seal being pulled out from the roof of my car. I went up to have them inspect the vehicle and was told “your car was dirty when you came in so it’s probably not going to be covered and we’re not responsible for that seal or mold damage”
Tire shine does not work 5 days in a row now that bug spray is not available At the end car slides back instead of being pushed out, on going issue. Been to locations in Kansas city, Overland Park and Independence and never had these issues there.
I went to the wash in kirksville, mo today for the first time. I purchased the top wash. A horrible experience. The wash left streaks on my car and tore the heck out of my front license plate. To top it off o had to go to four vacuums before I found one that had any suction. A terrible experience all around. I have no plans to go back. I get better service and better wash at a local wash for $10.
I would probably give tidal wave 3 stars. A lot of their equipment does not work half the time and their left side spinning brushes push your mirror in. Also the underwash doesnt work because if you have a car and watch way in front of you with the highest package no water is being sprayed underneath. For $50 a month everything needs to work. I have been a paid member since this place opened and I love having this available but there is always something not working at this location. Today I went through and half of the sprayers weren’t working, the top rubber scrubber wasn’t working and at the end the dryer wheel isn’t working. Again I love having this available but get stuff functioning please.
