This car wash is worth more than I spent! I loved it! My car was filthy from driving, now it is sparkling clean. Everyone everyone should come here. I live in Salt Lake and there are many extra nice car washes springing up There is none as nice as this one. Burley, be glad you’ve got it.
I honestly love this car wash. They make extra time when my cars super dirty and the staff is super friendly! The towels and spray are a huge plus, I’m active in the summer so my car is always dusty on the inside. 10/10 every time.
Don’t sign up for the membership! Tidal Wave charged me for a membership each month nine months after I cancelled. I spent an hour on the phone trying to get a refund of my nearly $300 only to find out that there is a second membership (?) that neither my husband nor I remember opening. There was no vehicle attached to the plan, but they would only refund one month as a “courtesy”. Their car wash is excellent, but the membership is a trap and their customer service was unhelpful. This is the best car wash i have been to in so long!!! With 2 kids, and 2 big dogs, the car can get absolutely hectic and messy! We were on a family road trip and i really needed to get my car cleaned, i spoke with Aidan i believe, he is the manager , he is so kind and so considerate and really took his time explaining what the best option was for me, especially with the time crunch i was in!!
