I have been a member of tidal wave for about 8 months. My mom and I have enjoyed our membership. Hallie has been a great help along with her team. They are always willing to help out with anything we need. They are always smiling had have great attitudes.
It was $15 for the most basic wash, which is quite spendy in my opinion. The dryers didn't do a very good job at drying, and my car was covered in streaks still. They offer rags and a spray, so I basically just had to scrub all the bird poop, bugs, and streaks off my car myself AFTER the car wash. There are many other car washes that offer free vaccuums and clean your car better for cheaper in Pocatello. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.
Loved that the attendant knew that Teslas do not like car washes! She was so patient and gave me the nod like I got you.The only design flaw with a Tesla is that it does not Make it easy to go in neutral for a car wash. Us Tesla drivers love it when the attendant gives the eye contact like they know what you’re going through - Fighting the car on the dashboard to stay in neutral. Always stressful butWhat a huge relief it is To have attendant here who Know that it takes an extra few minutes with the Tesla .

The whole staff was very friendly and it was my first time here so I’ll definitely be coming back! The nice young lady that helped me her name was Hallie and she had very good customer service.
