I seriously love these guys!! They treat you like family the moment you arrive and always go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. I’ve been going nearly every week just because the staff is so kind and thoughtful. They even show love to my fur babies (so many yummy treats) when I bring them along which means so much to me. The experience is always quick, easy, and full of good energy. Highly recommend!
Zero stars is more applicable. The car wash had a promotion that I wanted to take advantage of. Instead it took advantage of me. I have a very nice pickup that I wanted the road salt and grime washed off. (This has fresher paint on my bedside from a dent repair)so there are zero cosmetic issues with my bedside until Tidal Wave took advantage of it. I’ve had the monthly subscription for several months. The tag on my windshield lets me cruise right in, quickly and efficiently. Staff is always super friendly. My kiddos enjoy going thru the colorful wash and is something for us to look forward to. The free vacuums and cleaning spray/towels make it a great one stop shop. Highly recommend!
I love going to tidal wave. Their vacuums are the best and my car always looks great after a wash. The attendants are always super nice. I love that they have towels and spray to wipe down my car
Customer service was great right from the beginning. I got the basic wash and as I was vacuuming my car out one of the employees names Tristan came and checked to see how the wash was. He noticed there were still bugs on the front so he had me go back for a free wash where they personally got the bugs off. Tristan was so nice and I could tell he really cared!!
