I have been a member of tidal wave for about 8 months. My mom and I have enjoyed our membership. Hallie has been a great help along with her team. They are always willing to help out with anything we need. They are always smiling had have great attitudes.
Loved that the attendant knew that Teslas do not like car washes! She was so patient and gave me the nod like I got you.The only design flaw with a Tesla is that it does not Make it easy to go in neutral for a car wash. Us Tesla drivers love it when the attendant gives the eye contact like they know what you’re going through - Fighting the car on the dashboard to stay in neutral. Always stressful butWhat a huge relief it is To have attendant here who Know that it takes an extra few minutes with the Tesla .

The whole staff was very friendly and it was my first time here so I’ll definitely be coming back! The nice young lady that helped me her name was Hallie and she had very good customer service.
