I seriously love these guys!! They treat you like family the moment you arrive and always go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. I’ve been going nearly every week just because the staff is so kind and thoughtful. They even show love to my fur babies (so many yummy treats) when I bring them along which means so much to me. The experience is always quick, easy, and full of good energy. Highly recommend!
Customer service was great right from the beginning. I got the basic wash and as I was vacuuming my car out one of the employees names Tristan came and checked to see how the wash was. He noticed there were still bugs on the front so he had me go back for a free wash where they personally got the bugs off. Tristan was so nice and I could tell he really cared!!
AMAZING customer service, they wave like they know me personally and always with a genuine smile. I was a rubber ducky patron until the buy out by Tagg N Go. When they were very unfriendly and not helpful in starting a new membership I went down the street to Tidal Wave. They set me up on a promo plan and explained all the details to me. My car has never been cleaner and the detail bays are so nice. I get fresh towels, any cleaner I need to detail and shade. Kudos to Amber and her amazing crew for gaining a new customer.
Overall good car wash. I recommend to anyone. The workers were really nice and offered help if needed. Good people that work here. Vacuums were good as well so was everything else! Would recommend to anyone who is in need of a car wash or just vacuuming your car!
Zero stars is more applicable. The car wash had a promotion that I wanted to take advantage of. Instead it took advantage of me. I have a very nice pickup that I wanted the road salt and grime washed off. (This has fresher paint on my bedside from a dent repair)so there are zero cosmetic issues with my bedside until Tidal Wave took advantage of it.
