I live in Dallas and drove into El Paso with a truck full of bugs and I got to say by far this is the best car wash I've ever been to. The service was great, Diego was amazing. The kid was doing everything he could to pre-wash the dead bugs all over my windshield and the front of the truck. He's definitely going somewhere in life. This is my new place for when I'm in town.

My experience with Tidal Car Wash was an absolute disaster, resulting in $700 in damage to my brand-new Volvo and zero response from their team. I chose their $22 premium wash package, trusting that a higher-end service would safely clean my pristine car. I recently became a member of the Tidal Wave Car Wash, and I am very impressed with the services provided by the manager. Mr. Efrain is very professional, knowledgeable and provides amazing customer service. He always makes the customers feel as if they are part of the Tidal Wave family. I came into wash my car and I was greeted by the most nicest sincere young lady. Her name was Sophia I would like to give 100 percent recognition to this young lady for her wonderful amazing customer service, how helpful and friendly and knowledgable she was of the different memberships. I had such a great experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash! The wash itself left my car looking spotless and shiny, but what really stood out was the customer service. Leland went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and took the time to answer my questions and help me out with what I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customers the way he does. Thanks to him, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Tidal Wave to friends and family!
