I recently became a member of the Tidal Wave Car Wash, and I am very impressed with the services provided by the manager. Mr. Efrain is very professional, knowledgeable and provides amazing customer service. He always makes the customers feel as if they are part of the Tidal Wave family. I live in Dallas and drove into El Paso with a truck full of bugs and I got to say by far this is the best car wash I've ever been to. The service was great, Diego was amazing. The kid was doing everything he could to pre-wash the dead bugs all over my windshield and the front of the truck. He's definitely going somewhere in life. This is my new place for when I'm in town.

My experience with Tidal Car Wash was an absolute disaster, resulting in $700 in damage to my brand-new Volvo and zero response from their team. I chose their $22 premium wash package, trusting that a higher-end service would safely clean my pristine car. Instead, I drove away with deep scratches and gouges across the hood, clearly caused by their equipment—likely a faulty brush or roller that wasn’t properly maintained. Came here to get my car washed and the young lady named Sophia greeted me with a warm hello and a big smile and Sophia is so friendly and nice and is a very good attendant. Sophia made me feel welcomed and did an amazing job making sure my car was clean prior to going into the car wash and Sophia pressure washed my car. I went to have my car washed and I was greeted by the nicest young lady by the name Sophia. Sophia was very knowledgeable and had a nice beautiful big smile and made me feel welcomed and greeted me as soon as I pulled up.
