DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE WASHED HERE I recently took in my truck to get washed and when i came out my hood was scratched from the top of the hood to the top of the roof. The manager looked at my truck and said “it couldn’t have been their brushes because no one else came out with scratches” they also said that me having to leave right after to go to a meeting across town wasn’t going to help my case. I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash! The staff was really friendly and made everything quick and easy. My car came out super clean and you can tell they actually care about the quality of their work. I want to thank Sophia Mosley for taking care of me—she made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fast, reliable car wash!
I came here after a friend recommended it, especially since I had a bad experience at another car wash and was a little nervous to try somewhere new. Sophia helped me figure out the best plan for my car and made the whole experience super easy and stress-free. She also made sure to remove all the bugs and really took her time with the details. I had a really good experience at Tidal Wave auto spa. The service was awesome and Sophia throughly explained what the best option were for my cleaning service. She was very polite and efficient, which I appreciated given it was my first time here. Overall, I would definitely recommend and will be coming back!
