I live in Dallas and drove into El Paso with a truck full of bugs and I got to say by far this is the best car wash I've ever been to. The service was great, Diego was amazing. The kid was doing everything he could to pre-wash the dead bugs all over my windshield and the front of the truck. He's definitely going somewhere in life. This is my new place for when I'm in town.

I recently became a member of the Tidal Wave Car Wash, and I am very impressed with the services provided by the manager. Mr. Efrain is very professional, knowledgeable and provides amazing customer service. He always makes the customers feel as if they are part of the Tidal Wave family. Came here to get my car washed and the young lady named Sophia greeted me with a warm hello and a big smile and Sophia is so friendly and nice and is a very good attendant. Sophia made me feel welcomed and did an amazing job making sure my car was clean prior to going into the car wash and Sophia pressure washed my car. She provided me with the best customer service I have ever received and she is so patient and easy to talk to. This was my 1st time bringing my car here and I was helped by a wonderful young lady named Sophia who is very friendly, very helpful. She was always smiling. She gave great customer service 10/10, knowledgeable. She made my first time here one that I will remember, which will bring me back again. Looking forward for my next visit, hopefully sophia will be there to help me once again. She is truly a great asset for tidal wave. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I recently took my car into 2080 N Zaragoza and had the pleasure of being helped by Sophia. From the moment I walked in, she made sure I had a smooth and stress-free experience. Her customer service and friendliness are truly 10/10. She explained everything clearly, took the time to answer my questions, and made me feel confident about the whole process.
